Taco Bell — Restaurant in Marble Falls

My husband and I went into town to pick up dinner from Kingsland. We decided to go inside because there was a long line around the building due to the boat races in town. There were several groups of people inside the store ordering, eating and moving around. I pulled on the door only to find the doors were both locked. An older lady with all gray hair pinned up came over by the door and said to go to the drive through. I looked at the Lobby Hours that showed they were supposed to be open until 10 pm. I told here though the door that the hours show that the lobby is open until 10 pm. She held her arms in the position of a steering wheel and told us to go around to the drive though. She was very rude. There was no reason that we should have not been seated unless she was discriminating against us. She didn't even offer a reason for not letting us in when several other's were in the store. Oh and before it is stated that it was close to close, when I went back to my vehicle it was 9:15 pm. This is not the first time that the store has tried to lock up the inside while people were still wanting to come in and eat during regular lobby times. 4 stars for the food because it’s Taco Bell and I love what they make— not 5 stars because sometimes I get my food cold. Other than that, I’ve come to this Taco Bell as a customer and as a DoorDash delivery driver. The store is understaffed and if you are coming in through the drive thru or in the restaurant itself and there is a line, prepare yourself to wait for 15-20 minutes before you get your food.

All the times I’ve ever received a delivery order from Taco Bell between the hours of 1:00-7:00, I’ve always been late on my delivery as I am waiting 5-20 minutes for the food. This has caused me to have problems with DoorDash and the customers that order the food. I’ve received two DoorDash violations because I delivered the food late due to Taco Bell Marble Falls slow service.

The staff though, are nice. I’ve had nothing but good interactions with them. I just wished that orders would be processed faster.

The store is usually stocked well, but a lot of the time the store is messy and tables are left with food crumbs and sticky soda remaining. As someone who use to manage a fast food store, this is unacceptable. I would understand if it were one or two tables that were recently dined at, but not the large majority of seats.

I havent used the bathrooms there before, I dont know how they are.

Please hire more staff Taco Bell...

This place is the nastiest Place anyone could ever eat at it completely makes you sick to your stomach I have witness them watering down food and I witness them doing things that they shouldn't be doing in the store and I absolutely refuse to do these things when I work there that is one of the main reasons why I quit and they just have poor service. Every time I go there it makes me sick to my stomach I haven't ate there since December and I went today and in May and it absolutely just made me vomit every time I eat there it is nasty nobody should eat here at the Taco Bell location whatsoever if you are worried about your health skip it and I'm serious and for the managers of stuff that read these reviews and I know y'all's asses do and y'all notice who I am y'all can lie all y'all want to and say y'all don't do these things but I am calling corporate and I'm calling the Health Inspector on y'all's butt because nobody deserves what they get when they come...
