This place is so good that I forgot to take a picture of my food before I ate it!!!! I asked the server for her top three favorite dishes and could tell she really liked the food. I got the Chicken Damabianca which was her favorite dish and it might be the best Italian Pasta I have ever had. The bread was also delicious once I covered it in olive oil. I will 100% percent go back and want to try other things but I probably won’t get anything else because the first thing I had was so delicious!!!! Edit: came back for dinner too and remembered the pic! Edit 2: Got the pizza this time, obviously the large because it’s only $2 more with up to 8 toppings. The dough was so light and fluffy, sauce was good and the toppings just right. Didn’t add Parmesan or ranch lol way more bang for your buck than a fast food pizza spot!

If you don’t prefer al dente pasta, this is the place for you. Everything is cooked to a point disintegration. I ordered a pasta sampler and couldn’t identify lasagna from rigatoni in the mass of goo. My wife’s chicken piccata was an interesting take on what must have been chicken jerky. Calamari was so rubbery it could bounce. Many locals love this place. I can only guess that they don’t want to drive for Italian food or maybe they are amused by bad food. You would be better off buying frozen pasta at the grocery store than going to Bella Sera. But if humor is more your thing than good food, visit them to see their grown up spin on Play Doh Kitchen Creations, Italian food set.

Wait time: Arrived here around 1230pm on a Sunday. We were seated (with a party of 14) in about 20 minutes. Food: My party of 3 ordered the lunch special: Spaghetti w Meatballs ($8.50 for the kiddo), Pasta Sampler, and Baked Ziti ($8.99 each). Adult meals came with a house salad and the whole table is served with endless breads. Food tasted great, good portion sizes, and reasonably priced for lunch. Staff was friendly and attentive. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean. True to Italian culture this was more of a laid back style and we were able to sit back and relax and enjoy a leisurely lunch with friends.

I would wish to say I had a great experience here but that would be a lie. After going camping for a few days me and my friends packed up and decided to head into marble Falls to get some lunch. When we found out about this place we were excited to get some decent food considering we had just been eating chips for about 2 days and we’re excited to see that there was a Italian food place in town. When we got there we were seated quickly and our drinks were brought to us fast and after processing the menu for quite a bit we decided to order a few items. The one in particular that I had troubles with was the fettuccine Alfredo. I love myself a good bowl of Alfredo yet this bowl when it was brought to me was extremely bland and tasteless. When me and my friends had ordered, all of the dishes came with a side salad that was free of charge so when I had asked for a Caesar salad I wasn’t expecting our waiter to charge me for a separate bowl of Caesar salad. After observing my friends order the tossed salad with different dressings I tried to correct my order and he just told me that the Caesar salad was good so I should keep it. I didn’t feel like arguing so I complied and waited for our food to be brought out. The salad was decent all of us enjoyed it but one of my friends decided to get the house salad and basically was a few pieces of Romain lettuce topped with watered down tomato sauce. When she asked for a Caesar salad in replacement, he continue to charge her for both an eaten cesar and un eaten tomato salad. My one friend was extremely disappointed to find that her Ziti pomodore was basically water down spaghetti with penne noodles. She didn’t want to eat the rest considering it was $15 for a disappointing bowl of pasta. My other friend ordered the pasta sampler That was supposed to come with three different types of pastas. When it was given it was given in a small bowl and we thought that it was just one of the three. It was not, and in fact all three pastas combined in one bowl. My last friend ordered another type of Alfredo And wasn’t too disappointed with his meal but was still dissatisfied with the lack of taste and the overwhelming mushroom to pasta ratio. When our waiter came back we decided to let him know about our food wasn’t too great and explain to him a few issues that we had. He proceeded to tell us that “Sometimes the food is good and sometimes the food is bad.” And considering we were America’s he told us that we should go to some form of fast food restaurant that serves burgers and fries. He also told us “With age comes better taste in food.” implying that the food was good and that we were just overreacting. We well then told to go up to the lady at the desk to pay and to tell her about our experience. My friend basically told her everything we told our waiter and she looked at us and told us that because we ordered Alfredo by itself it was going to not be good and that it’s just pasta and sauce and that “no one else that day had complained about it.” She eventually comped the Alfredo from my meal but I still ended up paying around nine dollars for a four dollar salad not including tips. Why the jump in price beats me but we all ended up paying a good $10 over the initial price of everything on the menu. If you were looking for some mediocre food I suggest going to other places or going to H-E-B and cooking pasta yourself with some canned sauce and...

ATTENTION: Manager

Your food is excellent but the following incident spoiled things for us.

Our granddaughters purchased a $40.00 gift certificate from your store in Kerrville on Dec 23rd as a Christmas gift for my wife and I. It was clearly marked redeemable in Marble Falls. They live in Hunt and we live in Burnet.

We have dined at the Marble Falls location ever since it opened and usually go there for special occasions. We have also introduced the local SAR chapter to the Marble Falls restaurant and we dine there, a group of ten or twelve, quite often. I am recognized by the MF staff because we are regular customers.

Today is my wife's 80th birthday and we went to the MF location for lunch in celebration. Much to my embarrassment, they refused to honor the certificate saying it could only be redeemed in Kerrville, 90 miles from us.

We argued for some time and the certificate was finally honored with the statement that they were in essence giving us a free meal which wasn't true because it was deducted from the certificate and I can see no reason why MF cannot collect from Kerrville. I am a CPA and I cannot see why it is so difficult to transfer a credit from one location to another.

If the regular manager had been in MF I am sure that we would have had no problem. In my opinion, any Bella Sera certificate should be redeemable at an Bella Sera location.

It was a very stressful situation for me and I was quite upset. I am now home and I am still upset. As far as I am concerned, my wife's birthday was ruined. We have an unused balance of $14.04 that we can only use 90 miles from home so will probably never be able to redeem it.

We received a gift certificate last year issued by Kerrville and we redeemed it in Marble Falls with no problem whatsoever.

This year's certificate was signed by Meriam Hernandez and redeemed by B.M. who told us that he was in essence giving us a free meal because he would not get his money from Kerrville.

Needless to say we will be very reluctant to dine at a Bella Sera again. This whole situation was handled poorly from...

My family & I were looking forward to eating at Bella Sera of Marble falls during our visit on 1 November 2025. We seen it had good reviews and the photos of the food looked appetizing. We were very disappointed and dissatisfied with our experience however for a couple reasons. Our waiter was a middle aged white gentlemen who presented as bothered & like he didn’t want to serve us. He was very short and came off as rude during our entire interaction. When it came to ordering food, the menu had a good variety, so we settled on the mixed pasta plate, Italian sausage, & spaghetti with meat sauce. The spaghetti was very watered down and lacked flavor. Tasted like it was older pasta and the sauce was microwaved and poured straight from a can mixed with water. The mixed pasta was okay, just smaller in size. The Italian sausage was by far the best item we ordered and I have nothing bad to say about that. Our waiter was inattentive to us the whole time though. Like I said, he seemed distinerested in being there. We finished the mixed pasta, complimentary bread, & sausage. My wife, daughter, nor I touched the spaghetti due to the reasons above. When the waiter returned with the check, he asked if there was something wrong with it, & I just told him my wife didn’t like the flavor, but it was fine. I will give him credit because he did go speak to the owner or manager on duty, but it was still decided we would pay for the spaghetti, which is fine because we planned on it anyways. Overall, I would rate our experience a 1.5 stars out of 5. Would not recommend to friend or family, unless you want to pay for...
