I just left my regular Saturday morning trip to H-E-B. I go to this H-E-B every single week, I do not go to any other grocery store. Every single week I bring my baby who is now 4 months old. I have always loved H-E-B and have always had a fabulous time on my weekly trips. TODAY THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. I am one of the MANY customers who uses WIC. I have used WIC every week since I got pregnant with my baby. I know exactly what is approved and not approved, also H-E-B is diligent about keeping the pink WIC stickers under approved products. Every week I pay cash for 1 whole milk (for my older children) and I get my fat free milk with WIC. Today when all of my groceries were rung up and I asked to run my WIC card the cashier acted as if there was a problem and got the manager Kaylie, kaylie told me I must get a different brand of milk. I informed kaylie I do the same thing every week and I know the milk I was buying is approved by my WIC and ask to please let me run my WIC card and show her. She refused and tried to take my milk, I told her I was paying cash for the whole also. She still refused to let me run my card (at this point there were MANY customers staring and I was extremely embarrassed). When she still refused I asked for a higher manager. That is when Kaylie got her manager Corina. Corina was EVEN WORSE. She came out and told me I had an attitude with her employees and that she would not tolerate an attitude from me. I attempted to explain the situation many many times and she got more and more irate with me every time. At this point even more customers were staring. They suspended my transaction and took me to a different register where corina still refused to let me run my WIC card and show her that I could run my transaction just fine as I do every single week. She then threatened to take my basket full of groceries (200 dollars worth) and make me leave the store with nothing, all the while my 4 month old is getting upset. I then asked for the GM, she told me the GM was unavailable but she would call the unit manager Rudy. Then as we waited for Rudy.. She deleted my whole milk from the transaction and made me run my WIC card that way- which was completely unnecessary (I know that whole is not approved and this has been fine with me) i tan my WIC card and the items that were supposed to be covered were. She then made my run a SECOND transaction on my debit card to buy the whole milk separately. I asked for an apology because I was right the entire time, and she refused. After that was done Rudy showed up. Rudy said he didn’t understand the problem once we explained, and that he was sorry there was a misunderstanding. I told him I didn’t need anything, I just didn’t want another customer to go through the trouble and embarrassment I went through, the managers all seemed to only care for the H-E-B employees, not me the customer who was put through turmoil for no reason at all. Except I asked to use my WIC card, I was singled out and extremely hurt by the employees at your marble falls H-E-B today. I am still shaky and sad writing this now. I will upload pictures of my receipts and I truly hope the cameras will be watched from this...

Read moreUp until recently, HEB in Marble Falls was my favorite store and always a five-star review for me. Now when you go into HEB, the personal shoppers for curbside pickup are constantly blocking the aisles and leaving their carts so that it's difficult to maneuver around them and the other shoppers. To make matters worse, these " shoppers ", who happen to be HEB employees are rude and very unprofessional. Some of them even make a game out of their job by racing each other down the aisles and around the store to see who can complete their order first. One of them even excused herself saying that she had to hurry or the other shopper was going to complete their order before her. I also have to admit that I'm very disappointed with the employees who bag the groceries, when they are available, and I am not actually having to bag my groceries myself. They just throw your items in a bag together any which way. I remember back in the day when baggers were trained to put refrigerated items together, products with chemicals ( i.e. cleaning products, mosquito repellant, ect.) in them separate from food, and put your eggs in their own bag without other items on top of them. At HEB my groceries seem to always end up thrown together with no regard to how they're bagged. It's becoming very apparent every week that I shop at HEB, the requirements for employment seem to be #1 A pulse. #2 A bad attitude with no regard to customer service and/ or...
