I came here specifically for the sourdough bread. They had a full rack on display and fortunately, I have come late enough that it was okay to have sliced. The short is the sourdough bread was just okay. I find almost all sourdough bread in TX seems to be undercooked and I'm not sure why. And all the sourdough I have experienced in TX has a different flavor than traditional sourdough bread. It also seems quite heavier than a traditional sourdough. I did ask for it be sliced but the slices were incredibly thick. Easily twice the width of a normal slice of bread. Given the heaviness of this bread and seemingly undercooked that thickness is not ideal. I have certainly had thick sourdough slices before, but those were traditional, cooked and lighter. Maybe the person could have changed the thickness but it wasn't offered. Lastly, when checking out... I was charged 3% for using a credit card. I was informed beforehand and it is displayed... but this doesn't make it okay. As a business owner myself, I know I can deduct bank charges for using a credit card. So, you are charging me 3% and you are taking a deduction from taxes. But to top it off... after charging me 3% more... the server wanted me to provide a tip! Oh, sorry... she just said "the screen is going to ask you a question". What question? Why don't you just come right out and say "I want a tip"? But tip for what? And it's $11 for a loaf of bread.

It’s about time Marble Falls got a place like this. Today I discovered sweetness with the purchase of jalapeño cheese sourdough loaf, lemon and raspberry bars. I will be a regular and I trust once you stop by you will too. I should have taken pics of the desserts, but others have performed those duties.

We ordered Sugar Cookies for a Bachelorette Party and they turned out so cute! The flavor and texture were delicious! The owner called and said they don’t typically do cut out sugar cookies but I am so glad I stuck with them and trusted them!

We dropped by to pick up chocolate eclairs because they are world-renowned and excellent. But you know, that can't happen without other items... The eclairs, a sourdough bread, a jalapeno cheese bread. But of course they had just made a fresh pot of coffee and well the blueberry lemon roll look delicious and so did the spinach feta croissant so we stayed and had breakfast. And to say the food is excellent is one thing yet there employees are their...

We ordered a bridal shower cake from Lost Roads Bakery, and it was absolutely incredible! Everyone loved it. The flavors were fresh, rich, and had an exotic touch that made it truly special. The cake was moist, perfectly balanced, and clearly made with top-quality ingredients. On top of that, the design was beautiful and exactly what we wanted. It was the highlight of the dessert table! We will definitely be returning for future celebrations. Highly...
