Kane Tiki Bar & Grill is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with stunning ocean views, a relaxed island ambiance, and friendly service that made us feel right at home.

The cocktails were incredible—fresh, tropical, and expertly crafted. The rum selection is impressive, and their signature drinks perfectly complemented the breathtaking sunset views over the Gulf.

The food was just as fantastic! We loved the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl and Coconut Shrimp Caesar Wrap, both bursting with fresh flavors. The Kane Burger was also a standout, cooked to perfection. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared, making it a perfect dining experience by the beach.

The live entertainment, especially the fire dancer at sunset, added such a unique touch to the evening. It made the entire experience feel magical and truly unforgettable.

Called JWM hotel on Marco Island to ask about the need for lunch reservations for the Kane’s Tiki bar. Asked me if I was a hotel guest, and I said no. She told me that the restaurants were only for hotel guests until after 5pm. A few hours later I called back and asked to be transferred to the Tiki bar. She again asked if I was a hotel guest and I said no but our friends are. She immediately said that I could join my friends at the bar but only after 5pm. What if I had a question about the menu or how busy it is at 5 pm, etc? No, I was immediately dismissed. As a result, I will never stay or dine at this hotel again, niether will my friends. The managers need to take a serious look at the skill level of their clerks, and to take a very discerning look at their harsh rules. If you want to decrease your breakfast and lunch business in your restaurants then put that on your website. “Non hotel guests unwelcome before 5pm.” Then you will get the empty chairs you are...

Service was horrible! The worst service I have ever experienced. As the hotel customer, I brought my 3 years son went to this grill bar to have dinner. The host was too busy to host us and told us we could sit wherever we wanted. We waited 20 minutes for a server and a menu, with the answer that we should have a host!!!! I am not sure if it is because I am an Asian mom, with my ask finally I got a menu, but still no one serve us with another 15minutes. My son was so hungry and asked me why others who came late than us got drinks! As a mom, I was so angry with such a bad experience, not because I waited a long time, but because they just pretended ignore us!!! This is not the experience I expected! Food is just OK, but with such a bad experience, I would not recommend this...
