Brady's Pub — Restaurant in Margate

I'm a fan of Irish pubs and when I go out I make it a point to find one to share drinks with friends. I went into this pub on September 4th which happens to be my mother's birthday. She passed away few years ago and I decided to go have a shot of whiskey in her honor only to be ignored by the bartender for 10 minutes. I sat alone while she walked past me several times taking orders of patrons that came in after me. The customers sitting by me noticed as well and made it a point to apologize to me and made comments about how thirsty I must be. I was a bartender for 15 years and I have never been treated this way and I have never treated anyone like this. It was very disturbing. I finally take the initiative to get her attention only to still wait for a single shot for another 5 minutes. There was another bartender with tattoos that finally came and asked me what I wanted. Altho she was friendly I had waited too long for this greeting. I politely said I had just asked her coworker for a drink which still ended up being a wait. The place looked good but this staff member was unprofessional and rude. It was humiliating. I still tipped when I shouldn't have given her anything but being in the business for so long my conscious wouldn't allow me to not leave a tip even when it wasn't deserved. I really like this place! As far as steel tip darts go, it's Great!!! If your serious about your dart game then you know about Brady's Pub in Margate, FL. It's where all the best players in South Florida go. They have a ton of dart boards, pool tables and plenty of beer!
