Burger King — Restaurant in Margate

Just left the drive-through with the staff saying after 12 minutes they can not take my order any more because of to many delays. The fist WOMAN at the window was very rude and tried to overcharge me when I was using a survey coupon code and when I politely called her out on it she yelled back to the kitchen "dont make the food" and started slamming her cash drawer closed and then took her cash drawer out and left the next employee standing there. The next lady asked me what I wanted. Then as I was ordering she closed the door in my face and ignored me for 4 minutes. After 4 minutes, and yes you can roll the footage on that one. It was at least 4 minutes she comes back to the window and says they can't take my order anymore because of too many delays. I said that is ridiculous and im not moving after them wasiting all my time i asked for the manager and she said your talking to the manager, and I saw her title it was not manager and I told her that. At that point I didnt trust them to make my food. All in all In an instant for no good reason. My favorite place to get lunch by my work ruined Burger King for me for life in Margate Florida. What is going on with Burger King restaurants? I ordered two Breakfast Bacon King Meals. One with bacon and one with ham. I got one with the hint of bacon and one with sausage instead of ham. Would you please explain why this sandwich/meal is $3 more than your other breakfast sandwich/meals?

The Croissan'wich and Biscuit sandwiches contain the same ingredients. The contents of my Breakfast Bacon (Bacon) King were a small folded egg, 1 slice of cheese, and 1 piece of bacon broken in two. The contents of my partner’s Breakfast Bacon (Ham) King were a small folded egg, 1 slice of cheese, and 1 sausage patty (no ham.)

What I received versus the pictures within your app/description on your website is laughable. I received the equivalent of a $1 gas station breakfast sandwich served hot and stale under a heat lamp.

I've recently tried several Burger King’s in the area, and regrettably, I’m continually disappointed. The food quality is poor, my orders are frequently incorrect, the soft drinks are flavorless, and the customer service is mediocre, at best.

Man when I saw that they were building a Burger King near my house I was so happy. It took like almost two years(maybe a bit longer)I think for construction to be finished but man oh man when it was done I was ecstatic. After the first couple of visit I was fairly happy. The food quality wasn't as good as the Burger King on 441 and Atlantic but it wasn't bad. But lately something awful happened to this establishment. The past 3 times or so I have been extremely disappointment with both the staff and food quality at this establishment. The staff are flat rude, have no idea what professionalism is and the cook throws everything into the buns then when I unwrap the burger everything is falling apart. It's not even that busy at night take your time. This will be the last time in a long time that I come back to this specific burger king. Any smart consumer who gives a damn knows their money is worth more then the service and food that has been provided by this burger kings night crew.
