Nava the Office Coordinator at a fitting experience was way more than that title. She was immediately sensitive to my difficult and anxiety producing process and instead of adding to the arduous task Nava simplified things from the second I spoke to her on the phone. I immediately received an emailed link which took less than 5 minutes to fill out and Nava contacted my oncologist and social worker regarding the rest & obtained Dr orders & referral and orders to submit that same day to my insurance company and informed me that my desired products would be shipped on the very next business day. This process took not one second longer than it should take; but I have had instances over past 12 years since my original mastectomies with reconstruction where it has taken weeks-months to get product and in the past I’ve even paid out of pocket which is actually against the law which states insurance companies must provide this product for mastectomy patients. Back in 2011 or 2012 I brought my Mother In-Law Emma here(the location was closer to Coconut Creek Parkway at the time)to be fitted for bras and a Prothesis.
