They should call this place. I don't know how to, or care about filling your orders correctly. I have been coming here for years, and they continue to still get the order incorrect. Ugh !!! Geez louise's... It doesn't take a college education to do this. Come on now. I have been given you guys the benefit of the doubt. However, you guys let me down once again. Every time they have taken my order in the past the girl up front repeats the order three times. I tell her yes. However , you guys still make it wrong. I am telling you what to put on it, only only four ingredients, and you guys still can't get it right. I give up on you guys. This time I did a phone order and the girl over the phone repeated the order back to me once again 3 times. I waited 20 minutes for the sandwich. Four ingredients again. Like I said, I come here all the time. I have spoken to you guys and owner, before about my allergies and you still got order wrong, and I had to wait another 15 minutes for you guys to make it. Seriously, I order the same thing always. I give up. Not coming back here again and when I complained about the order being wrong they got nasty once again. Will if you don't want me as a customer. Shove the sandwich up your who ha!!! It is wrong everytime anyway's. I tried to give you guys benefit of the doubt . However ,I will not tolerate your bad nasty attitude towards me when I have been polite ,and paid for something, I did not get. I am not coming back here again. I will not recommend ...

Although the food is excellent—and my entire office and I have been loyal weekly customers—we will unfortunately never be ordering from here again.

I placed an online order as I always do, yesterday at 4:00 PM, with a scheduled pickup for 4:20 PM. I arrived at the Pompano Beach location at 4:15, only to be told by the incredibly kind staff that I had accidentally placed the order at the Margate location on Sample Road. This was a genuine mistake on my part, and the Pompano team encouraged me to call the Margate store and explain, assuming they would help resolve the issue.

Unfortunately, the experience I had with the Margate location was extremely disappointing. I spoke first to someone named Ira, who said he had already started making the food and there was nothing he could do. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was shocked by the response I received. The manager said, “Yeah, what do you want from me?” I explained the situation, hoping for some understanding, and his reply was simply, “No, there’s nothing I can do for you.”

The total bill was $51.70, including a 15% tip—and they made no effort to offer a solution or show even the slightest empathy.

The staff at the Pompano Beach location were just as surprised as I was by the response from the Margate store. It was truly disappointing to be treated so poorly, especially as a long-time customer.

While I’ve always enjoyed the food, customer service matters—and this experience has left a lasting negative impression. Sadly, I will not be returning, and neither...

I have eaten at this restaurant for a while now. It's a healthy alternative to eating at fast food places and that's one of the only reasons why I continue to go there. However, I am beginning to have second thoughts about it. I picked up a brochure the last time I was in the restaurant to have it with me when I ordered from home. However recently when I ordered the prices on the brochure were different from what's in the restaurant. It turns out the owner has increased the price of everything in the restaurant a $1.50. Don't get me wrong I am all for making a profit in your business, but give people the amount of food that they pay for. I've ordered the fried wing platter many times, which is more like a combo meal. They give you 8 of the tiniest wings I have ever seen with your choice of 2 side which 1 includes salad, which they charge you .75 extra money for another small teaspoon size of dressing, fries, potatoes, or rice. The potatoes are very thinly sliced, the fries are soggy and don't fill up the container that they are placed in and the spoonful of rice is too mushy, and looks more like mashed potatoes. The bottom line, if you go up on the prices give people a little more food that will fill up the styrofoam container you put it in. Food for thought, if the wings are that tiny, give people more than 8 you can...

I’ve been a loyal customer of It’s All Greek to Me for the past two years, stopping in at least once a week. The food has always been consistently good, and as a small business, I wanted to continue showing my support. Unfortunately, my experience has changed. They are now charging extra fees for cashless payments. While businesses have the right to do this, the issue is that they do not make it clear to customers. The only notice is buried in fine print on the credit card machine when you tap your card, and staff does not mention it upfront. Transparency is important, especially for a business that relies on regulars. After two years of steady visits, I feel taken advantage of and will no longer be returning. It’s disappointing to lose what used to be a go-to spot.

The food we ordered was overall a good. The Dolmathakia (stuffed grape leaves filled with rice and herbs) were flavorful and fresh. The falafel platter, paired with the creamy yogurt sauce and crisp, refreshing salad, was absolutely delicious and perfectly balanced. The rice was missing the Greek recipe which has lemon. For the main course, we chose the gyro pita, described as “specially seasoned beef and lamb meat topped with tzatziki, tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers.” While the flavors were enjoyable, the texture of the meat was disappointing. It resembled a processed, sausage-like consistency, which took away from the dish. I was expecting traditional cuts of lamb or beef instead of a blended, ground mixture.
