Manny's Cafe & Bakery — Restaurant in Margate

I just bought some empanadas for my mother and I , it’s just a short walk from where I stay. Manny’s is kinda hidden I would suggest taking a look at every store on this plaza because I lived years in margate without trying manny’s restaurant, there’s a nice Hispanic lady in the front that is serious about where she works, the best thing I saw is that they have Argentinian empanadas and others as well. I went over here as well because the Cuban place next door does not accept Apple Pay. Kinda of sus considering I only paid with Apple Pay all this time.

Staff is very helpful but they have favoritism. They don’t answer the phone, machine come on to leave massage and they don’t listen to the voicemails. Call from 10am for pan con chicharrón thinking they would get there voicemails, when I get to the store they tell me they don’t listen to the messages pretty upsetting. Standing in line one person in front of me gets the pan con chicharrón, I’m next they said they don’t have any more, lady after me asked for 4 and she gets them just because they know the owner. Went today for the first time before they opened they already had a line forming so my expectations were high, and they did not disappoint! bought the peruvian empanadas and it meet all of my expectations. They had that authentic flavor and taste that no others have. Also had the ice cappuccino and pan fresco, if you like ice coffee it’s a must it hit the spot, you can also taste the freshness in their bread. I’m definitely going to be back to try more of their stuff next time! not only that but all of the staff is so nice and fast as well, would definitely recommend...
