I discovered a Hidden gem in Marianna, Florida yesterday... Coffee, Crumbs, and Comfort on Lafayette Street. This place combines a home style eatery with antique shopping. The owner, Penny Edwards has put two of the best things together. I was able to shop around while I waited for my lunch to be prepared. There are items for sale there that I don't see in most antique shops. I was able to browse around and find a very delicate and rare tea set from France. The seating arrangements in the eatery make you feel as if you are at home eating at your grandmother's house on a Sunday afternoon. It's warm and it's cozy and the staff is extremely pleasant. The service was excellent. I had the chicken salad sandwich. It was DELICIOUS. It was made with quality ingredients and fresh bread made in house. Lunch hours are from 10:00 a.m. To 2:00 p.m.. They also make fresh bread for sale. Ms. Edwards informed me that someone makes bread for them once a week. This bread is also for sale as well as some of the best coffee this area has to offer. They also cater tea parties by request. Don't pass an opportunity to go and have lunch in this place and do some shopping. This is a local business that I enjoy and I plan to go...

What a fabulous place! A friend suggested we go there for a muffin and tea, and I was blown away! They have the best Scones and Biscotti that I have ever eaten in my life! I felt as though I was transported to England for the Scones and Italy for the Biscotti! What a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere! So many fascinating things to look at! The staff are very warm and friendly and showed us a lovely time! I never dreamed that a tea house or coffee shop visit could be so fun, relaxing and enjoyable! I very highly recommend, especially if you like antiques, delicious sweet treats and an authentic tea...

My boyfriend and I LOVED it here. We were recommended this place by a friend and werent aware the front was an antique store which made the experience sooo fun.
