These people are the absolute most unprofessional realty company.I have ever tried to work with. I was working with a man named cecil powell. Who apparently does not want to do his job. He has not returned my phone calls in days or my text messages He told me everything that I would need for a property.So I spent three days collecting everything I neeand now they won't answer their phone calls or do anything. I called the company to get someone else involved before the place that I was looking at got bought. No one at the company wanted to help me.They all said that they would get the person to call me and if that person didn't call me that they would call me back and I have yet to get a single phone call! I even planned a trip and had someone ready to watch my animals while I drove from georgia to florida to buy the property. The people at the office said that no one else could work with me because it was cecil's listing. So I told them to tell their owner that they just lost a sale because of all her employees don't want to do there job! If you don't want to get screwed over and your time is precious! They educated me as to market trends and strategies and were very active with advertising and showing the properties. I probably went back to the house I bought 20 times before closing and never once was there any complaint. They were also very active in advertising and showing the property I sold and were supportive and encouraging while we waited for the right buyer at the right price!
