Arby's — Restaurant in Maricopa

I went to Arby's because I was running from a horrific experience at the LJS/KFC next door. I was greeted by William who I figured was the manager. He was absolutely perfect. I shared my experience next door and he suggested there new fish basket. I declined because I have my favorites at Arby's. My food came out quickly and got. The place was spotless. While enjoying my meal William was walking around speaking with guests and making sure all was well. When he got to me he presented me with a hot sample of the fish with a side of tartar sauce. He asked me to try it and to please let him know what I thought before leaving. That's service for now and the future. Restaurants need more like William. By the way the fish was really good 👍. This is the worse arbys I’ve been to in the entire country

They are absolutely terrible with delivery orders always making the clients wait far over expected delivery pick up times

It’s bad when you want to come here to eat as well

They purposefully make you wait as more than most or the staff are Slow, Rude Most of the time

I will never come back here ever again

I never write reviews but after several times of having a completely negative experience here

I will never be back

If you want something to eat

I would highly recommend NOT coming to this location

The employees sit and laugh at how long you have to purposely wait

Started at drive thru. Was told they did not have buns for specials(Hawaiian Buns). Could have onion bun (allergic to onions). Decided to park go inside and clarify they only had onion buns. Was told I could have "star bun". OK ordered $12+ sandwich without tomato. One person in front if me, 20 minutes later they are making my sandwich, I see him put on tomato. The girl at Register has a delayed reaction about tomato. Sandwich maker (slower than a snail) picks it off and sets back out. Finally get order and curly fries are ice cold.
