Dell's Pizza & Wings Express Maricopa — Restaurant in Maricopa

I really don't like to leave negative reviews. I prefer to support local places and be positive. Unfortunately I need to be honest here. This is my second time ordering from Dells. First time, they messed up the order. They did offer a store credit to rectify the issue. So I decided to give them another chance.

Well same happened. Messed up order on both pizzas. That's bad enough, but the taste was not very good either. I can't put my finger on it but something just tasted "off". Also, the pepperonis had ZERO flavor. Never had a bland pepperoni before! The pizza sauce was almost non existent as well.

Honestly the food is not it. Long story short it’s bland and overpriced. Really wasn’t good. I wanted to like it and was excited for a new place in town to eat. For the price there is so much better avail. I’d rather have dominos which is sad bc I don’t really like dominos but at least I pay a price there that is about what it’s worth. Pizza was soggy /bland. Got the zucchini/mushrooms combo and neither were special the ranch was gross thick. The garlic butter cooked breadsticks sounded so bomb and honestly the ones from little Cesar’s were more exciting. The people working there were great, but sadly the food from this chain is just gross. I will always try to support a small local business, however this was a horrible experience. Ordered delivery. Said it was a 75 minute wait. No problem. Showed up after 155 minutes. Food was cold and wet. Called in and was told by the manager that they use a third party delivery service, and once they pick the food up it’s not their problem. She told me she could remake the food and I could come pick it up. Why order delivery if I can get it myself. Traci was the driver and it took her over 85 minutes to drive 3 miles.
