Care and patient experience compares to the quality of a convenience store hot dog, waste of time and a big waste of money. These people billed for two months of care when I did not know I was being billed, 8 visits paid for that they don't intend to honor. If I cannot trust their billing practices and they have no intention to make this right do they really expect me to trust them with my health.
I was paying 29.95 for an new patient visit and ended up being billed every month $79.95 until I went back in and was told we don't need your card, we have been billing you all along. Here is the response, please note they do not intend to honor two months of visits or provide a refund, only their excuse for billing someone that did not know they were being billed. Read reviews below, multiple patients with same issues regarding being mislead about the billing and always with the same response that they take misleading patients seriously and ask for the patient to "reach out" when its in their hands to simply correct the patients concern. Nobody in the reviews ever has their concerns addressed and corrected. When billed by a business for services they don't intend to honor do they "seriously" expect me to return and trust them with my health?

After filling out iPad form and registration. I ask for a lady Chiropractor since my previous Chiropractor was a female and I noticed that female pay more attention than male in terms of medical treatment. Well she analyze my movement and localized my pain areas. She began to adjust the spine and I heard the cracking as she was adjusting my neck , middle back , lower back and I could feel the pinch vertibrae relief. My back muscle was lock up and she applied the right amount of pressure to free up the pinch nerve. It was extremely sore and painful when I walk in. And just sore when Left. It's now 4 hours later and my back not hurts but sore. Amazing when a professional knows what they are doing at this price. Its priceless. I will go back for all future adjustments cause it's works.
