UPDATE!!! I finally got the other female’s name and it’s Sam. Why do I even bother coming anymore! I try my best to give them another chance but again another disappointed visit. This time Sam was holding my drink having me wait 20 minutes. A female who just got there that wasn’t a pick up orders and drink comes out before mine. I tried to do pick up and even that there’s issues. First time i tried went 30 minutes after placing and arrived to find out the drink was still missing the syrup having me wait an additional 10 minutes. Again, Brittany fudges up my order and I already know it was done on purpose! Loved coming here, would use to come on a daily before work. Now I only come to this location maybe once a month for sticker day. Brittany and some other female who’s name I wasn’t able to get but will update once I do, I’m not sure why I feel they have a personal problem. Every time I go and they’re there they make sure my order is last even when the drink is ready. My drink is always set aside and they begin to make other drinks when I’m already waiting at the window. I always regardless to being treated this way I always leave 2/3$ or 20% equaling out to $5/10 tip. Very disappointing really love Dutch Bros but looks like I’ll continue to go...
Read moreMy recent visit to this Dutch Bros location was extremely disappointing due to an unreasonably long wait time. I ordered just three drinks and ended up waiting between 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes to receive them.
While I understand that staff training can cause delays, the explanation that only one person was in training doesn’t justify such a significant wait. What made the experience even more frustrating was seeing several team members standing around and chatting instead of actively working to complete orders. This gave the impression of poor management and a lack of urgency.
Even under normal circumstances, the average wait time at this location is around 40 minutes — which is already longer than expected, but something I’ve learned to tolerate. This visit, however, went far beyond what’s acceptable. For comparison, Starbucks typically maintains a 10-minute wait time, often with fewer staff on hand.
Although I was offered a free drink as compensation, it doesn’t truly make up for the excessive time wasted. I sincerely hope Dutch Bros takes steps to address the staffing and operational inefficiencies at this location to provide a better experience for...
Read moreSave your time and DONT go to the walk up window.
Out of all the DB’s in AZ probably gotta be the worst walk up window. You could show up to the window, order, then two cars arrive to the drive thru and stack the drive window to maybe 5-6 cars… Those two cars that arrived, after you got out in the cold, will most likely get their drinks before you…
Today I went to the walk up window, a couple showed up together about 10mins after I ordered, DB staff decided to make everyone’s drinks first and then distribute so I waited 20mins for my drink while that same couple got their drinks the same exact time as me. If you’ve been to DB’s in Arizona you know the walk up window usually has a dedicated barista. They do things different out here. Like I said whatever you do just sit in the drive thru line, there could be 10-11 cars to maybe 3 people at the window! I will guarantee you get your drink via drive thru faster than sitting out in sub 40...
