This place is only getting 2 stars for the good food!! The sevice was poor, the tables and floors were nasty and dirty (sticky floors)!! We came in on 7/28/2018 around 3:30pm hardly any customers and cashier seemed overwhelmed by our order she couldnt get it straight so much so i had to make another order because she didnt give us what we wanted smh she said oh yeah i guess i did forget something when I CONTINUOUSLY REPEATED THE ORDER TO HER AT LEAST 5 TIMES!!! THIS WAS MY ORDER A 2 PIECE FISH WITH FRENCH FRIES, ALSO 2 OF THE 3 PIECE CHICKEN WITH FRENCH FRIES AND A KIDS MEAL 1 PIECE FRENCH FRIES!!! WE REPEATED THIS 5 TIME PROBABLY MORE JUST GOT TIRED OF REPEATING THE SAME DAMN ORDER!!! AND WITH PAYING ALMOST 9 DOLLARS FOR 3 CHICKEN AND A FRENCH FRIES U THINK U WOULD GET A SMALL DRINK!! NOPE AND SHE SCREWED THAT ORDER UP IDK HOW SHE DIDNT EVEN REPEAT OUR ORDER TO US SO WHEN IT CAME OUT TO $18 PLUS FOR 3 MEALS AFTER REPEATING OUR 4 MEALS WE WANTED AND KEPT IT SIMPLE WE LOOK AT OUR RECEIPT WHILE GETTING OUR 2 DRINKS THAT SHE DIDNT CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING SO HAD TO ORDER THE OTHER MEAL SHE DIDNT ADD BECAUSE HER EXACT WORDS TO ME " OH, I KNOW I MISSED SOMETHING I DIDNT KNOW WHAT IT WAS" SO WHY THE HELL DID SHE NOT REPEAT THE ORDER TO US OR MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS CORRECT!!! WE DINED IN AS WE DROVE NEARLY 40 MINUTES TO COME HERE AND THE CASHIER HAD ISSUES WITH 2 OTHER CUSTOMERS THAT PURCHASED AFTER ME ONE BEING A WOMAN ORDERING A FAMILY MEAL THE CASHIER COULDNT GET THE ORDER STRAIGHT IT LITERALLYTOOK HER 5 MINUTES TO GET HER ORDER STRAIGHT IT WAS A 12 PIECE COMBO FISH/CHICKEN AND 3 SIDES!!! THEN AN OLDER LADY CAME IN WITH HER HUSBAND AND WANTED TO ORDER SOMETHING(WHICH MUST HAVE BEEN DISCONTINUED) BECAUSE THR OLDER WOMAN WAS NOT HAPPY THAT HER AND HER HUSBAND COME TO ORDER A MEAL AND THRY NOT ACCOMMODATING THEIR CUSTOMERS AS THEY ARE A PAYING CUSTOMER!! I DO UNDERSTAND THE INDUSTRY THAT THINGS ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE OR NOT FOR SALE ANYMORE BUT TO HAVE MULITPLE COMPLAINTS BY SAME CASHIER IN JUST A SHORT 30 MINUTE TIME SOMETHING IS WRONG!! IT SHOULDNT BE SO CONFUSING OR DIFFICULT TO MAKE A CUSTOMER HAPPY WHEN NOBODY IS AROUND!!! Read moreWhat a mess. Placed an order for pickup. The app says it's ready so we head over. First, you walk in and it just has a dirty vibe, like nothing has been cleaned. Next, no one is at the counter, barring other confused and somewhat irritated patrons. The employees walk by as quickly as possible making sure not to make eye contact. You literally have to say "excuse me" in an escalated tone (not mean just louder than normal) to get someone to acknowledge you. My food wasn't in the pickup place, so clearly I want to verify they have my order. I ask... Hey do you have my order, after exchanging who I was and what I ordered the response was "it's not cooked yet"... Great thanks... How long?... Shrug. I was in there waiting for 30 minutes with two kids just wanting to go home. We were going to just run out and pick up dinner. I watched them fill every drive through order prior to mine. After half an hour I finally got the food. We got home. I ordered the family meal but there were barely enough sides for two people, the mash potatoes were runny and old... I did receive a trough of worthless gravy though. The kid employees are running around in there and maybe they think they're doing their best. But the manager is doing nothing. Kids run every fastfood establishment so this shouldn't be any different. However, without guidance the asylum turns into a madhouse and that's what's happening here. I've been to this KFC a few times throughout the years... Starting around 11 years ago and it's the same nightmare. I'm not sure why the hiring manager is unable to hire a decent shift manager (pay perhaps?) but you'd think they'd figure it out. One more point I'd like to convey is that I used the app. Half way through this fiasco I tried to cancel and the app makes it impossible, You're in a never ending loop of links and virtual assistants that you'd gladly pay $30 to never speak to again. Read moreFirst time ordering from Long John Silvers here in Maricopa and I will say that I was super impressed. The dining was clean, and well kept, and the lights and decor were eye appealing. The gentleman that took the order for me was awesome. I understood there was a wait for food because it is COOKED TO ORDER!! Which means it is fresh, hot, and yummy We ordered the family 16-piece meal to go. I had my 3-year-old grandson with me and he was sleeping in my arms. When my food came out the gentleman at the counter said "let us go outside" and he proceeded to take my entire to-go order to my car :). He waited for me to unlock my car and put my food in the car while I put my grandson in the car and buckled him up I told him thank you and appreciated what he had done and he said it was his pleasure. the entire staff was awesome checked in with me and I could tell they were super busy with LOTS of to-go orders ( door dash being the most popular one ). Even though a few people came in and complained about the wait time, I commend them all for doing a GREAT job considering what jerks some people can be.
