Ordered food last night, cost me $32 after including a $5 tip for the driver. Later on in the night I get a call from an unknown number and the guy is very rude and has me standing in my driveway looking for this pizza. I thought it was the delivery driver but I guess it was my neighbor. They delivered my food to him. So i called back to the store like hey you guys delivered this wrong and can you please resend it. They said sure no problem and they'd have it right out. 15 minutes later I get a call that I missed and returned. I spoke to someone named Wyatt who claimed to be a manager. He told me that we mistyped our address on the online system by one number and that's what caused the order to be delivered wrong. He then refused to redeliver it since it was not their fault. This is my first and last time ever ordering from here. Mistakes happen by customers and businesses, how those are treated speaks volumes. Wyatt and Rosati's do not care about their customers at all and i was basically told to kick rocks. I asked for the corporate number and Wyatt refused to provide it to me. He told me call during the week when the GM was in. Absolutely outrageous. I've never received such poor customer service from a pizza place, especially one that charges 300% more than any other pizza place in town. Now I understand why Rosati's went out of business in Maricopa the first time. I can't wait to see them go out of business again. My whole career is based around customer service, and this is not how you run a successful business. I am telling everybody I know about this experience and will never suggest Rosati's to them. Its fight night and I order 3 pizza and wing specials from Rosati's. I called place my order, paid for it over the phone, we hang up and I continue enjoying fight night. I am then interrupted by a phone call from Rosati's. They were calling me back to inform me that I could not have multiple special, even after mentioning that I've done this normerous times in the past. I was blown away by this experience, especially since they have already taken my money and they were extremely unforgiving to the circumstances. Basically letting me know that I would have to replace my order which would charge me again, pay for 3 delivery fees, and wait 5-7 days for my refund of my order that was processed earlier. I couldn't believe it, I requested a manager take a look at the situation as the specials was only saving us about $3-$4, which i was willing to pay the difference not to mention that the time invested for me at this point was costly (remember its fight night!).
I wrote all that to say, I ordered from wing stop and then dominoes and my family and friends enjoyed it quite a bit. The "penny smart dollar stupid" approach not only costed them about $110 that night but lost 3 customers from the interaction and now have a horrible review during a time when businesses are valuing their customers at a all time high. This disappoints me even more because I believe in shopping locally and spending my money locally in my community to keep our hard earned dollars home.
Conclusion: if your thinking of ordering from one of our local pizza places here in maricopa, think twice about ordering from this place as I will not be ordering from Rosati's ever again.

And not in a bell pepper sweet way but a sugary finish or pickled in a jar sugar sweet way. This literally made it taste off and kind of weird? I was excited when we moved here recently and saw there was a Rosati's! Today we ordered 1 sweet/1 hot beef and was sooooo excited before tasting it. My beef with sweet peppers was nasty and weirdly sweet? I Called right the restaurant immediately after taking 1 bite. I offered to bring it back for a refund to show I did not like the sweetness of the beef and was offered 10% off a new order? I am originally from Chicago so I was truly hurt to find out that I would have to purchase something else after I did not like this order? Again I did like the Sausage pizza but the beef is a no for me. Even after removing the peppers it still tasted oddly sweet (I tried before calling). Dear owner you have lost a good customer. He or she could've apologized and offered to remake or offered something else. The peppers were not cooked in oil like they usually are they were pickled! Customer service is a big deal for me.
