My friend and I went to this place for lunch today and we both had our service animals with us. One had a vest which stated “Disabled Veteran—So Not Separate” and the other did not have a vest on (WHICH IS NOT LEGALLY REQUIRED). We were the only people in the establishment and both dogs were laid down and under the table and out of the way. An employee (man—probably the manager) came out and told us we couldn’t have our dogs there and told us to leave. After we expressed that they were service animals, the man said they had to have vests on (which again, is NOT required by law, and one did have a vest on— the other one that didn’t has a thick coat and it was hot out— AND AGAIN, they were under the table and out of the way and a VEST IS NOT LEGALLY REQUIRED). We were ultimately discriminated against and had to take our food to go. I’ve never been so anxious and frustrated nor did have probably in any other place...

I'm looking at the amazing reviews and thinking..Was it just me?? My experience was awful! I ordered and paid for the food online for my friend and I. When I came to pick it up there was no one in the store, no greeting, no customer service. Justa few to-go bags of food on the shelf. I said hello out loud to see if anyone was there and a woman who looked like a teenager walked out with the most annoyed face ever. Like I just had interrupted her video game or something. she said "you can just take yours and walked right back into the backroom.

Okay, customer service, not the best but the food smelled great! Arrived at my location, my friend and I opened our meal and YUCK! Everything tasted like they poured a ton of salt on top of everything. The food wasn't even edible. We threw everything away and had to go somewhere else for dinner.

I really don't think I'll be...

The ramen was so delicious I could cry. I am a vegetarian, and vegetable broth and tofu for protein is offered. I built my own bowl with tofu, vegetable broth, egg (delicious soft boiled!), beans sprouts, brussel sprouts, and mushrooms plus extra protein. The portion size was great and it was such a satisfying meal. The employee at the counter was incredibly nice, and the atmosphere is relaxing, intimate, and cozy. The place is visually lovely both with the murals on the wall, the little drawings of beloved manga characters decorated around, and the amazing bathroom covered with manga panels from beloved series and iconic scenes from those series! I had an incredible experience, and I cannot praise this place enough! Definitely a new favorite, and I'll...

This is a quaint little hole-in-the-wall chain just off the Marietta Square. I had the Spicy Miso with Pork Belly. It was perfectly presented and the flavor was good--spicy, savory, with a hint of star anise. The broth was spot on. The decor is pretty stereotypical but the place was clean. The bathroom walls are cool. The service was a little lack luster, but good. It was slow and this place is small. I'm guessing they'll do a lot of takeaway service. I will definitely go back. The family says the Pokè is great.

I don’t mind paying extra for avocado, but for $1.50 I should get more than a 3 little slices of avocado. Also problems with their order screen. I submitted my order and it said received only to find out 10 min later it never actually went through and I had to reorder it. Also it was my first time there and I asked about the sauces and the guy working the front desk was no help. I asked the cashier if my sauces were in the bag when leaving and he said yes. Good thing I checked myself bc they were not.
