Silla Del Toro is serving up traditional Spanish tapas and craft cocktails in Marietta Square in a chic yet swanky atmosphere. They have a range of small plates so there is sure to be a taste for every palate. If you are a wine lover Silla Del Toro has an extensive list of over forty Spanish wines. They also have sangria and cocktails that are perfect for pairing. I loved the large, floor-to-wall mural of the bull as you walk to your seat. If you are looking for a cozy, date night restaurant or an elevated night with friends over shareable, small plates check them out asap. What I tried at Silla Del Toro : First I tried the Paella which contained saffron rice, chorizo, chicken, and shrimp. This dish is served Friday through Saturday only. Next was Pinchos which are marinated skirt steak served with Catalan salsa verde and romesco sauce Then, I went with the Spanish Style mac and cheese dripping with chorizo, manchego cheese, truffle and bread crumb topping. Afterwards I tried the Gambas al ajillo which were shrimp sauteed in garlic, sherry, and parsley. Last was patatas bravas, fried seasoned potatoes with salsa brava ketchup and piquillo aio. I would definitely visit again and try the meat and cheese boards! Be on the lookout for the following features at Silla Del Toro. This restaurant has won "most unique" for its manchego stuffed dates wrapped with bacon at the Taste of Marietta. Silla del Toro was also spotlighted in AJC News as "Featured Dish of the Week" for their Croquettes Jamon which has serrano ham, manchego cheese, and piquillo aioli. You can also check them out for Brunch Saturday and Sunday from 12 pm to 4 pm. @ServingLooksATL: Serving up fresh picks!

Was looking forward to this place, but instead, just DISAPPOINTING Last Saturday, the 3 of us went to dine here. We were a little late to our reservation. But, I will say that the manager was courteous and allowed us to save our table. Unfortunately, this would be the only good service that night šŸ˜•. Listen, I totally get how hectic weekends can be so there's always leeway. But, our server was barely attentive to our table and very dismissive. If anything, we practically had to flag him down each time. The drinks were not bad. However, the food was mediocre in taste and quality. I got the Tortilla Espanola, which tasted fine but was barely warm. My friend got the Spanish meatballs, which were COLD. Our other friend got the Pinchos, which was also COLD. When my friend told him about the meatballs, he didn't seem to care to help. He said , "You want it off the ceck?" And, just left. After such a let down, we were just ready to leave at that point. When we asked for the check, our server put it all on 1 check (didn't ask us). When we stated that we are paying separately, he again dismissively said, "I don't know what to do. Can you mark what you ordered?" We did mark it. Yet, this was confusing because he should know if he took our order. The value of the food was not worth it. So, we ended up eating somewhere else. Definitely not coming back. What a shame.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Silla del Toro, and I must say, my experience surpassed all expectations. What started as a casual visit to explore their renowned tapas offerings turned into an unforgettable journey, all thanks to the incredible efforts of the manager, Bill, and the entire staff. From the moment we stepped foot into the restaurant, it was evident that Silla del Toro was more than just a dining establishment; it was a place that took pride in creating cherished memories. Bill, the manager, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. He not only greeted us with genuine warmth but also took the time to walk us through the menu with great enthusiasm. Bill's dedication and attention to detail were truly remarkable. He patiently discussed every aspect of our event, from the menu selection to the seating arrangements. His professionalism and genuine interest in making our special day extraordinary were evident in every interaction we had. The staff at Silla del Toro mirrored Bill's exceptional commitment to service. Throughout our meal, we were treated with the utmost care and courtesy. I wholeheartedly recommend Silla del Toro. Thank you, Bill, and the entire Silla del Toro team, for creating an unforgettable experience that we will cherish forever.
