This was one of the most ridiculous experiences Iāve had here. Iāve worked at two dunkinās before. I pulled up to the window and was told to wait even though there was not anyone else in the drive through. We waited for so long that we were about to drive away. So we drove around to the window. The worker with broken off fake nails and dread locs claimed she was āabout to say she was ready to take the orderā and laughed/scoffed as she said it. I know thatās not true because we drove around after receiving no response when we spoke into the microphone. She took our order and it was two $6 meal deals. Really simple to put into the system. Her response times were extremely slow. And she didnāt put it in the system just looked at us while we told her what we wanted as if it was an attitude thing. Then she decided she want to put it in the system and then got confused on what we had said because she started off taking it without putting it in⦠Honestly just purposefully making it take longer. There was not a soul in the building besides her and her other coworker There was not a soul in the drive through besides us waiting. This is the worst part of what happened Read carefully She asked us to PULL FORWARD. And the reason WHY? She said that she ādidnāt want the timer for how long they take to place a customers order and receive it to be high because it was going to take even longerā. Okay so she was BREAKING her responsibilities as an employee to make it seem like she didnāt waste our time so she wouldnāt get in trouble. Thatās not okay at all. I need the manager to be aware of this. Also her and her employee were using their headsets talking amongst themselves and laughing. Like I said Iāve worked here before and I know that they were being unprofessional and talking smack amongst themselves about us. The food was fine and correct. Because no one else was there so obviously it was made fresh. But other than that, if you want disrespectful, slow, and lazy service, to be laughed at and not taken as a valuable customer, and to have your time wasted, then come here If not, STAY AWAY and enjoy an experience at...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreEvery time I have come to this Dunkin Donuts location my order was made incorrectly. This morning I ordered a Large French Vanilla Iced coffee with cream only and a plain Bagel with cream cheese on the side. (I'm lactose- intolerant and I already pushing it with the cream in my coffee), but instead I was given a Large Iced coffee with cream and Splenda I hand it back to the (Very nice) Cashier and told him what was wrong and he repeated it to the guy making drinks. The guy repeats the order back to him and STLL made my coffee wrong. Normally you would check the new items given to you before you pull off, but I work for Cobb County so I did not want to risk being late so I took my coffee and drove off. Once I got closer to the Marietta Square I was able to finally take a sip of my coffee and I realized that instead of getting what I asked for (a Large French Vanilla Iced Coffee with cream) I was given a large iced coffee with just cream. My bagel of course was wrong as well, the sticker on the bag says (cream cheese on side) but the cream cheese was put on my bagel which I didn't notice until I got to work and was ready to eat my breakfast before clocking in. After thinking about it all day I realized that I waste a lot of money just saying "Oh well". I call this location and the guy that I spoke to was really short with me and that is the entire reason I am writing this review. Because this one employee made it seem like I was BOTHERING HIM because THEY made my...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI used the drive through at 615am today to order my usual coffee with a quarter cup of half and half and 1/2 Sweet and Low; not rocket science. I also ordered two donuts.
As I pulled to the window, the only car in line and no customers being tended to inside the restaurant, the "Manager" filling my order could not have gotten it more incorrect (he gave a "squirt" of half and half and no Sweet and Low); I advised him. He responded with, "I didn't take your order" as he disappeared to the other side of the restaurant. He then charged me for the coffee and closed the window in my face. He wouldn't return as I waited for my donuts.
Obviously overwhelmed, I being the only "customer" being tended to, this so called "Manager" could not be more out of his element. The other two employees looked at him apparently surprised he closed the window in my face and ignored my wait for the rest of my order.
I entered the store to purchase my donuts from an employee and advised that waste of flesh he was no manager. I advised I would, and I did contact the Dunkin Donuts corporate office. He responded with, "Bye, bye!".
I will never step foot in another Dunkin Donuts if they hire such incompetent people to manage their stores.
My question to this waste of flesh is, if you didn't take my order, why in the hell do you feel competent to fulfill an order of coffee and two donuts?
The worst experience of any fast food I have...
