Julia's Taqueria — Restaurant in Marietta

I recently discovered this gem from a coworker. I am very upset with her that she didn't tell me about this place sooner because it is really that good. I have eaten at just about every Mexican place in the area and there is no doubt that this is the best. First and foremost I enjoyed it so much I went twice this week. Both trips went exactly the same I sat up at the bar and ordered food to go. While I was waiting for my order Alfredo let me sample some of their dishes by the time I left I didn't need to eat the food I ordered. They treated me like family and I love that. This is the way places used to be. The folks at Julia's are proud of their food and they should be. This is the closest thing you are gonna find to home cooking. I have just begun to try many of their dishes and one is better than the next. I cannot say enough good things about Julia's this place has Fantastic Authentic Mexican dishes, and their staff is very friendly, helpful, and generous. I can honestly say that this is my new favorite place to eat, and looking forward to my next meal here. Hopefully they don't get tired of seeing me cause they are gonna see me...

Julias is pretty good. The fresh tortillas are bleh given they don't have flour ones and I personally don't care for corn ones. The food is good and home made. The tacos are definitely overpriced due to its size compared to other authentic taco places around the area. The time estimates are way off. If they say 15 go in 30. There's always only one person that speaks English which makes it easy to communicate but they're definitely not focused on getting...

Very good food but not the best. I have tried the shrimp cocktail, quesadilla de asada, tacos, rice, and flauta plate. I would definitely recommend the flauta plate i was very surprised to get 6 flautas (3 chicken & 3 barbacoa) with lettuce, sour cream, cheese, and tomato with the side of rice.
