I visited this McDonald's on Nov. 19, 2024 to get a coffee at around mid afternoon. I normally go through the drive through but I had to use the restroom. Upon approaching the restroom I noticed it was remodeled with a security entry lock.. I went to the front counter and requested access. I was told I had to buy something 1st. I purchased my coffee and returned to bathroom door. It took about 20 secs before door was released. The door was very heavy to push. I returned to counter and shared my experience with alleged manager and she shared maybe I should not visit again. I had a thermal cup and I attempted to get some ice to cool down coffee. It's known to be very Hott. She shouted I was not allowed to get ice with my personal cup. I asked her for ice and she ignored me. She went to attend to her servicing. I asked another team member and he gave me my cup of ice and I left. I have watched this McDonald go through a lot of staff changes through years. I enjoyed a better experience with a more diversified staff, meaning Mexicans included. The Mexicans seem to be more customer engaged then the others. I will avoid your store as much as possible. Very disappointed in the behavioral measures of a lead. Regardless of the demographic challenges in the area I should of never been treated with that tone. No one should have to push a heavy door to get access to a bathroom and no one should have to wait in line to purchase to get access to a bathroom. Good luck with the customer experience at...
   Read moreI don't think there was one happy customer tonight. The lobby is closed due to construction so everything is routed to drive-thru. The customer 2 cars ahead of me set the ball rolling and threw the whole crew off. I had to repeat my order 3 times and it was still repeated back to me wrong at the payment window. I was trying to use a mobile coupon and a coupon was already applied to the order which had me paying a higher price. I was given my order and asked to pull over while the charges were corrected. Pull over look in the bag and I had received the wrong order the cashier asked me about the first time. When the mgr came out I get my card and discount code, he took the meal and a cashier brought out to correct sandwich. After about 10 minutes of waiting for the mgr to return with my card, I asked the cashier that was bringing out another order to someone to tell the manager to forget the refund and bring me back my card. The manager came back out about 5 minutes later with my card, a full refund and a complementary sandwich, which I appreciated. The whole time waiting, 4 cars pulled off due to frustration I'm assuming. I've worked in fast food and still work in retail. If you let one person throw off your game, it makes for a long night. I addressed it at the window, and the employee who only spoke Spanish told my husband we had to go back around and order again. All they had to do was add two more double cheese burgers to my order but instead made me wait in the line a second time even though it was their mistake. When we got to the first window, I got no apology or anything. The guy didn't even say anything at all. Almost robotic. Then back to the second window. I told my husband ask for four waters and a honey mustard. The same lady tried to shove the bag at me and close the window really quickly. My husband basically had to yell to get her to slow down. He could only get her to listen long enough to ask for the waters before she rolled her eyes and shook her head at him, slamming the window. Then he also asked for the honey mustard. She scoffed and shoved it in my hand before slamming the window the last time. Terrible service!! I hate it when the employees treat the customer like a burden. You wouldn't even have a job if it weren't for the customers!...
