Paleteria Michoacana Ice Cream — Restaurant in Marietta

Went there when I was pregnant and was told that the item I order was out. I noticed this lady talking to one of the servicers (family member of owner) were chatting like if they were buddies, when another worker comes out of the "kitchen" with the same exact item I order. I try making excuses but there was not a single excuse for them to tell me it was out. Those things are not just like a candy where you sold out and you will have more tomorrow. This thing was made of fruit which they had plenty, and ice almost like icee. Another thing was; they are so disrespectful when you take a minute to think of what you really want. I was very excited to come try this place out because there were a lot of good reviews. I arrived right around 8:15 feeling happy that I arrived before the shop closed at 9. When I walked up to the door to go inside, the door was locked so I tried the one next to it, and it was also locked. There were 2 people inside (workers) who looked at us and then turned around and continued to clean up their facility. It’s such an inconvenience and UNPROFESSIONAL for a store to have a sign outside that says their hours are from 9 am- 9 pm and these same hours online only for them to close almost an hour early. Disgusting. They gave me jello that was clearly there for days and honestly tasted disgusting and expired. I asked if they could give me another one but they refused that and a refund. Not only that but they don’t even listen to you when you’re trying to order and always have an attitude or get your order wrong. And don’t come an hour before they close because they will not attend you. I recommend the other ice cream store near the CCT station by the San Luis restaurant and the wing place.
