I wish all Zaxby's could be like this one! But they all don't have a "Connie"!
The interior is slightly different and feels a little larger than most. But it also feels a little more updated and very well maintained. Then it hit me! There is an associate by the name of Connie Smiley who greets people during the lunch rush and helps them to their table. She gets anything they need even if it's a small chat with a smile. After the rush, I'm now observing her meticulously cleaning everything from top to bottom! She's deep under a table doing doing right now for the past couple of minutes.

There were 3 in our party. We ordered two signature chicken sandwiches and one salad. The salad was very good. Both sandwiches were awful and the fries were rubbery and were not fresh. We took both back and requested fresh. The replaced order was night and day difference. This is uncommon for Zaxby's. I pay more to eat here and expect better. My friend is notorious about returning food not cooked correctly. I was uncomfortable at first when I began dining with her but over time I come to realize she is absolutely right. It's our hard earned money and we should receive what we pay to receive and should never accept anything below what the establishment...

Absolutely the fastest location I've ever been to. Food was done by time we got to the window and paid. And there wasn't even a car in front of us. With it being ready so fast I'd expect colder food, but everything was fresh and hot and good tasting. Not only that, but the staff was kind and when we asked for ketchup they didn't try and give us just 3 packs like other locations. They gave us enough for all 3 orders of fries. Rather than being stingy with it like other Zaxbys we've been to. I'm not in the area often or at all, really, but if I ever need to make a drive up that way again, I'd definitely like to eat there again. They get two thumbs...
