Starbucks — Restaurant in Marietta

My fiance just brought me a "latte" from this Starbucks on his way home that is so bad it's undrinkable. It tastes like coffee that has been sitting around in a pot ALL DAY. He ordered me a decaf latte and it tastes like they put regular decaf coffee in a cup with a couple pumps of syrup. That is NOT a latte, and shouldn't be sold for the price of one. If you can't make a latte decaf, then you should just say so. I would rather take one with caffeine, than pay for something that is not at all what I ordered. He also brought me a sandwich that clearly sat in the case too long. The bread has a rubbery texture and the stuffing tastes like cardboard. I have many friends that work for, and have worked for this company, and I know the difference between fresh tasting food and food that's been hanging around in the store too long. What a ripoff. If you want good coffee, go to Cool Beans cafe down the street in Marietta Square. It might take more time, but it will be everything you hoped for when you ventured out for coffee in the first place, unlike coffee from this store, which is nothing but a severe disappointment. Me and my friends stopped by this store to get one of the limited time drinks because it was shown available in this store in official Starbucks app. We drove 15 minutes to reach to this location only to find that they didn't have necessary ingredients to prepare the drink we specifically looked for in the app. Just a side note, if a store cannot serve an item, it is shown in the app so that you wouldn't order it online. Thus, I think there is a communication issue between what this Starbucks has in its inventory and the app. Store management should look into it. Next, we ordered some frappuccino. Perhaps the barista they had that day was new, all of our drinks tasted off. Mine tasted like it didn't have any sugar, my friend's tasted like without aroma, as she told me.

Therefore, at the end of the day;

1. We drove to this location for nothing,
2. The drinks we got instead tasted quite off.

I hate to write bad reviews but the management of this store can be more efficient as it is a beautiful location, not a creepy corner store.

This location was to be open at 630am. I ordered on the app at 631. Arrived at the location at 635am. The doors were locked and a line of cars in the driver thru. I stayed until 640 as I had to be at work at 645am and they never unlocked the doors. I called and the person who answered they phone as soon as she answered said we are not open. I said I know and I ordered on the app but was unable to get my order how do I get my money back. She stated very rudely " we are not open right now and I can not help you and then hung up" I tried to call back twice and they refused to answer the phone. I called from a different number right after the second attempt and they answered then had all kinds of excuses saying they didn't open until 630. I ordered my drink at 631am. I have never experienced such rudeness at any other Starbucks and will never go back to this one. Now I just need to get...
