IYKYK. This place is a gem! Most authentic Japanese ramen experience in the Bay Area. The katsu ramen was incredible, every bite carried forward the intention and care of the chef. Tried a few sushi specials as well. Portions were generous and everything was amazing. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a tasty Japanese meal. They sell out daily so make sure you don’t come too late. The matcha latè reminded me of the cafe we stopped in after landing in Tokyo. Fabulous place! I had miso soup, two different smoked salmon rolls, and hot green tea — green tea with roasted rice! You know this is authentic Japanese food. Great service. Friendly, polite, all the civility and hospitality you could ask for. You order at the counter and they bring your food out to you. Not a lot of seating, and nothing fancy, but it is just fine.
