I've been having UPS packages delivered here for the last couple of years so that I don't have to be home to sign for them or have them sitting on my front porch until I get home. But now, suddenly, this store has decided that they will no longer accept these deliveries, even though they are on the list of places where I can have my UPS packages delivered. So, you guessed it, they just refused a UPS package delivery, and they also refused to help me to get it rerouted somewhere else. They claim they don't contract with UPS for that. I tried to drop off an Amazon return today, in the original packaging from Amazon, and was told that the box had to be taped shut. I said, then please do so. She said it would cost me $1.00. I had no money along because this was a free return for a wrongly sent item. I asked that she please just waive the silly fee and she declined. Are you kidding me?
