Los Tres Magueyes — Restaurant in Marinette

We are from Florida and Virginia... this is our first time living in Wisconsin. We tried the new Mexican restaurant by Walmart and it was okay. Tonight we tried Los Tres Macgueyes....and what difference. We got the Don Julio Special and it was delicioso!! Well worth the money. Everything tastes fresh and yummy. I know it seems weird but it's the little things with me....their tomatillo sauce is the Sh*t...it's so fresh and you can taste the cilantro coming through. Also they gave me a hot sauce....it's brilliant! Slight heat tingles on your tongue as it slowly reaches the throat but no overpowering feeling of heat to the face , no sweating or nose running, just a nice touch of fuego with your meal that compliments the Mexican flavors. VIVA LOS TRES...

When they sit you and ask about what to drink you say coke and they bring you a bottle glass of coke what I like but wasn't what I wanted, cause what they do its don't give you refill take their time so when they come back you have finished the coke you have and need another coke so the charge all and every drink... They don't give you napkins so I asked for some and he took some napkins from he's pocket count them and give me only two.... A place to don't go back..... Marinette have too few restaurants and most of them like this one are places to must...

We decided to try this Mexican restaurant for the first time and were really disappointed. We ordered vegetarian chimichangas, and they were awful. The filling was just fried veggies, black beans, and uncooked white rice — no flavor, no seasoning. There was no lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, or pico de gallo on the side, which we usually get from other Mexican restaurants by default. It was a takeout order, and the food was so bad it ended up ruining our dinner. Definitely won’t be ordering...
