Got there about 5:30 the dining room was pretty busy , one waitress was running her butt off . She did tell us she'd get to us ASAP .A waitress from the bar came and told us they weren't seating any more tables in the dinning room side .We needed a table with low chairs they had one left she ran and saved it for us great job 👏. Was able to order our drinks and appetizers right away . Clam strips and 1/2lb. of crayfish ,the 3 of us thought they were really good seasoned and cooked just perfectly. Wife ordered Seafood Alfredo (shrimp , lobster and scallops), I ordered the 2 beef enchiladas a little spicy which I personally like .And our 3rd person had Deep Dish BBQ Chicken Pizza. She said it was good ,it smelled good .We all ended up with leftovers. Our waitress in the bar area did good job and checked on use a couple times .Given that it was Holiday weekend and they got even busier if your just even little understanding you will enjoy the experience and the food .

We stopped for lunch on a Saturday. They were slammed because there was a very large party that took up multiple tables. Once the large group left the servers were definitely catching up. It wasn't bad service, just average and I give them a break because of the big group. The beer was not our favorite. We tried a flight and we didn't order anything we tried. It just wasn't for us. Other drinks were fine. The food was great! We enjoyed the salad served on pizza bread, the French dip, and the Sierra Turkey Pannini (spicy). All the sandwiches were on fresh bread and toasted well. The turkey was not overly smoked and tasty. I very much enjoyed the sprinkle of spice to kick up the sandwich. The French dip was served warm with good bread and dip. We both enjoyed the onion ring side.

So my friend and I were looking for a bite to eat and her mom recommended the Rail house. While I have never been to eat there, she said it was a brewery sports bar. Which, after being there is a pretty nice combination. Our waitress was polite and well-versed in the menu and options. The portions were ample. The service, however, was slow, considering the place was nearly empty. We split the appetizer combo, I believe it was called the junk car. Which I have a picture of. She got a side salad and some boneless wings and I got the teriyaki chicken salad and a glass of their homebrewed ale. We both had leftovers and they reheated well. The next day I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a sports bar.

So, normally I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I had an experience that left a bad taste in my mouth and I just had to share it so no one else received the same. I had ordered Door Dash one night to get a Prime Rib salad, a fairly expensive meal for the night but I didn't really feel up to leaving the house. When the salad arrived, there was only Prime Rib, Meat, and Lettuce on it (Along with the bread that I ordered). When I called, they didn't offer to replace it, only for me to either come and pick up the ingredients that were missing (The mushrooms and onions, which might not sound like much, but when you order a 17 dollar salad, every veggie counts), or I could get a gift card. I decided to go with the gift card option and waited for a week, but no gift card came. When I called in, the manager on the line, who sounded a bit irritated, explained that they did not do gift cards and they should have replaced it then and there. When I explained that they didn't offer that, she said she would "Talk to them" and then see about getting me a certificate, but not to expect it to be for the full salad that I paid for since I still got "40% of the salad". I explained that I might have gotten that much salad, but when paying that much, I expect to have the whole salad. It's been another week and still no gift card. It sucks because I really used to love eating at Railhouse, but if they can't help me with something as simple as a botched order, then I probably won't eat here anymore. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. (I will also note, I was extremely cordial during all of this. I hate confrontation, and I was polite as I could be due to the circumstances, so the fact that they couldnt' help me really...

We used to frequent this restaurant, but over the last 6 months the service and food quality has deteriorated.

When we first got in, we waited for about 5 minutes before someone seated us. During this time several waitresses were going back and forth but no one even acknowledged us to let us know someone would be with us soon. It took a long time for our waitress to get our drinks, and once we got our drinks she dropped them off without taking our food order, and we had to wait quite a while before she returned to take our food order.

Two of the beer cheese soups were lukewarm. Again, it took a long time to get the rest of our meal, and my husband's parents both had the wrong burgers, though only my mother-in-law mentioned it to her. She had the audacity to inform my mother-in-law that she got what she ordered, then suggested that she had just mixed up my mother-in-law's and father-in-law's plates. When my MIL informed her that she had ordered the Porter burger and that my FIL had the Western Burger she said "well, you could see how in a loud place you could mix up Porter and Western". I could not believe that- the only thing in common with those words is that they both have two syllables. She made no offer to make it right for us. My MIL said she just wanted to be sure we weren't charged extra because of the mistake and she said "all the burgers are the same price". When I got home I checked the online menu, and unless it has changed, the Western is $1 more than the Porter. My hosband's chili mac sauce was partially burned.

Also, my husband thinks there may be a problem with the Octoberfest beer, he picked up butterscotch overtones, a flavor that should not be present in that...
