Dree's appliances did a wonderful job for us. The delivery crew showed up at the exact appointment time and was very considerate of our home; using tools and a pace of work to not damage anything. They replaced all of the broken appliances in the home we purchased, including removal of all the old appliances, delivery and installation of the new GE appliances, and showed us both how to operate them all. They gave us tips on how to maintain them and ensured everything was level and working properly before they left. The salesperson I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and nice. Beth found us the best options and prices. She was able to get our new appliances (Washer/Dryer, Range, and Refrigerator) out to us in 4 days and we couldn't be happier. A/C unit had no power. Drees electric (John I believe) came out and determined the power was never reconnected after a contractor drywalled my basement ceiling. Electrician said he’d get a crew together the next week to tear apart the ceiling and run a new line. Huge deal. After he left I looked around the main circuit breaker for the house and saw two red cords hanging down in plain sight. I went out to the a/c unit and opened the box to find red cables. Keep in mind my electrical resume ends at screwing in a lightbulb. I ran the cables into the main panel and fixed it myself. Dree’s charged me $126 for utter incompetency.
