Hear me out and let me explain, I walked in and ordered my food. I just so happend to have 3 orders. Plus I was grabbing food for my battle while he handled some business. My first order, a roast beef sandwich with extra horsy sauce, my next order a beef and cheddar meal and my third order a beef and cheddar, sandwich only. I walked away to get my drink and set it down. I walked back up to here the pretty Kylie, the host with the most "ATTITUDE" tell her fellow employee that she was doing BETH, BETH, and BETHS ORDER, and I quote "the same Beth." And also how she should just quit now. Kylie also made it clear she was never going to finish cleaning the bathroom before her shift was over.
I kindly thanked Kylie for all she had done and let her at this point know that we were all military and Beth happend to be purchasing food for soldiers who didn't have extra money. A few moments later she called my battles name, I walked up and as she handed me the food and I let her know that I appreciated her help serving all of us Kylie said, and again I quote, " Yeah I could have given yall a discount but ain't nobody got time for that."
Um I'm sorry Kylie, what was that? Kylie said yeah that would have taken too long.
Let's also not worry about the girl working drive through as she just hopped out the window like a boss to deliver food to a car. I mean when you have window, who needs a door?
Anyhow at all possible avoid this location. Worst experience I have ever had. And Kylie thank you for your support. All of us on this bus headed to training really appreciate...
Read moreI will NEVER (attempt to) eat here again. Not even if they offered me free food for life. Tonight is the second time in less than a month they didn't have roast beef. In case you didn't catch it the first time ... Arby's Roast Beef didn't have roast beef. This time instead of waiting in line for fifteen minutes to find out, I had the misfortune of using the app to place my order. After placing my order I got delayed and didn't get to the store until 20 minutes later. When I did arrive and go inside to pick our food up, there was nothing in the online order pickup rack. It took 7 minutes for an employee to come to walk by so I could flag her down and find out what was going on. I was informed the roast beef was not up to temperature and the girl just wandered off without saying anything else. Eight more minutes go by and I eventually decided to yell to people out of sight in back and ask for more information. Even then I had to get very specific with my questions because they weren't interesting in telling what my options were. Ultimately, nobody was there who was able to refund my money. So now I have to call tomorrow and hopefully contact a grown-up who can return my money for the food I paid for and never received. I'm just done paying money to not get what I ordered (or anything for that matter) and then be ignored when I try to...

WHEN I GET TO WINDOW TO PICK UP MY ORDER I'M EVENTUALLY GREETED BY EMPLOYEE THAT INFORMED ME THEY WERE CLOSED!!!! #1 They could see we were sitting there. One of the two employees could have come out told us they were closed . #2. The sign in the drive thru and on the door should not state order in line. #3. The employee informed me that they didn't receive the order till the time we were to pick it up. Something about not having a tablet. Maybe to keep track of on line orders I'm not sure.
