Dunkin' — Restaurant in Marion

I went to DD to buy donuts for my colleagues this morning. Because the drive thru line was so long, I went inside. The lady that was working the front was an elderly lady. She was the sweetest kindest person I have ever encountered at DD. In the process of fulfilling an order, one tray caught on another tray, and she accidentally pulled it to the ground. There was a total of two donuts on it, so by no means would the corporation be in financial jeopardy over this loss. A few moments later, a woman with dark hair named Jess comes out of the back with a fresh tray of donuts to replace those on the ground. JESS very loudly berates the kind employee and insists "Don't let this happen again." Everyone heard it. Everyone was shocked. The woman was obviously embarrassed and began to apologize. I expressed that she didn't need to apologize, nor should she have been spoken to like that. I don't know if JESS is the manager there, but she certainly has zero respect for her elders and had no problem publicly berating an elderly woman over the accidental loss of a few donuts. I placed a big online order an hour before picking up when I showed up after the app said it was ready none of it was made and they were out of the flavor and chai which all my drinks were almost same flavor. Instead of having it as not available on the app or maybe calling the number that was on the ticket to say they were out of the flavor amd I could have had time to choose other flavors . I did not have time to change all the drinks and make it to work on time . I am just annoyed that this could have been handled differently I like Dunkin’ but I just got a refund and left . The staff didn’t get their coffee and just threw the whole day off. A very kind woman saw me crying yes over coffee bc this was a big deal I never have time to leave and get the girls coffee so I left my home extra early to make it to Dunkin’ before 7 and get to work drinks in hand .Anyways the lady gave me a half dozen donuts she just ordered and I cried even more bc that was just so genuine in my moment of being upset and no way or time to...

Zero stars if possible! Horrible iced coffee!! I have probably been there now 20 times and out of 20 my iced coffee has only been made correctly twice! The other 18 times, whatever flavor I've ordered they never put in!!! I have even asked for and PAID FOR extra syrups and STILL NO FLAVOR in my iced coffees! It’s great when it’s made correctly and with the syrup BUT to pay extra for syrup THEY DON’T put in is stealing money in my opinion!! I’m paying for something that I’m not even getting!! I won’t be going back to this one! They’re putting a Starbucks on the north end and that works perfectly! In my opinion they NEED to fire everyone and hire people who will do the job correctly!
