Your people was very rude and unpleasant.. I was not giving my receipt.. I asked for 2 pepperoni pizzas with crazy bread and Italian bread with 2 cheese and 2 pizza sauces...when I got my food it was all bad..the pizza had to been sitting up there for over 45 minutes...and they gave me crazy bread..I only had one of them.but they gave me 2..not only that...but those was either undercooked or just sat in the warmer to long...this was by far the worse experience I have had...rude employees and food was terrible...I should have a refund and my food replaced..either or..it should be the both...cause it was just uncalled for the way it was handled especially my receipt was not given to me cause of whatever reason I was given...point is worse experience I have ever encountered..and what business doesn't give you any names when they answer the phone.?as me being the customers I shouldn't go out of my way to ask..I'd hope this problem will be fixed tomorrow afternoon...if not..then the business should not be up and running...cause the customers are always right..terrible way of them handling...
Read moreI ordered the pizza over the phone since the app doesn't take gift cards. I was told It would be a 10 minute wait. I'm a patient person. I waited 25+ mins after paying in store. The employees were very unprofessional in the back. F this and f that. I don't care about cussing but when you're working, I don't find it very appropriate. The manager had a very poor attitude due to the simple reasoning of having to talk to a customer over the phone. I completely understand that one gets stressed and tired but there's a time and place to be acting that way..... maybe not in front of customers. I ordered a pizza, wings, and cheese bread. On top of that, I watched the worker grab the wings out of the warmer, took them to back so another worker could add butter to the wings because of how dry they were. Not a single restaurant is perfect and it's expect when you have workers like that. But it's absolutely frustrating when US people are paying for this food. It should be semi quality at least.. Read moreWe have gone to this location a few times now. The last time was a nightmare...my daughter had to wait an hour for the 'hot and ready' along with some other customers. She called to complain about it and the manager took the information stating they are working on getting things fixed with the evening shift and that he would write it all down so she could come and get replacements for all of her trouble. She just called to let them know she would be picking that us and low and behold, they say there is nothing in the 'book' about it but she could call the manager 'Josh' tomorrow....hmmm now how does that take care of dinner tonight? Guess we will be cooking a late dinner thanks to the wonderful people of Little Caesars! Yes only 1 star until they can get their act together.
