I was ignored for 15 minutes, there was 2 employees the female acknowledged me twice could clearly see I was standing there in pain trying to ship my box. After 20 mins I'm sitting 1.5ft from the female employee, and I say I should of went to the other place this is ridiculous. I’m underwhelmed by the treatment and attitude of staff at the box express. I’ve been in before today’s unfortunate events and I’ve been unimpressed but this time was shocking. We needed 4 passport photos and when we walked to the counter we were told that we needed to wait for anyone else in the store to finish their transactions first. When she got to us she couldn’t run the computer to print the pictures and even needed to retake the pictures. The store got busy during this time and she walked us off to help others. Wow!
