This place is the worst. I got a free government phone through unique wireless in the first week I had issues with phone losing my calls in the middle of talking and saying network couldn't be reached so I called to complain and was told they called network ppl and reset the phone ,problem solved only it did it again and again every time I need my phone it's messed up!I was recently told my phone had a 30 day warranty but I had not been told anytime prior within the 30 day period that I could get different phone they just kept telling me to bring it in to reset it which didn't help. I tried to pay for upgrade that was shown for $20 on the government program I was on but the manager or owner told me that he could give me.that phone for $50 not $20 why I had to pay more than anyone else because my phone was defective and I was not told about warranty u til well past the end date then he said he couldn't let me get a.different phone for free and give mine back because he couldn't.afford.to give me...

This place is an absolute joke..I took my phone into the Marion Indiana location to get my speaker fixed on my iPhone 12 Pro Max..this was the only issue I was having with my phone prior to coming to the store.before I left the store I checked the speaker and all was well from what I could tell…later that evening I tried to use my facial recognition and was unable to do so due to the phone store putting non oem Apple products/parts in my phone to fix my speaker issue…I,like a lot of people now days appreciate the security feature aspect of the facial recognition by being able to protect said accounts or cards,etc..I called the store and expressed my issues and tried to reach a solution with them but ultimately was told that they aren’t gonna fix it or replace anything that they’ve messed up and to take it to Apple…this type of customer service has to be stopped and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go this store for...

If I could give negative reviews, they would extend my comprehension. Screen needed repaired on iPhone 15 pro max, they replaced it within 24 hours. Good as new… until I turned it on. My iPhone is glitchy, runs horrible and it’s not even 1 year old. Turns out they did not use OEM Apple display on my nearly brand new iPhone. They used some generic brand, that alters my warranty. If I would have been told that they wouldn’t use Apple product inside of MY APPLE IPHONE, I never would have walked into their store. So now after paying $300 for my “fixed” iPhone, I have pay $380 for Best Buy to actually replace it with an APPLE BRAND DISPLAY. I hope each and every one of you read this review and think about the next customer you want...
