McDonald's — Restaurant in Marion

So I am sitting here writing this so I don’t forget. This restaurant is filthy. Tables have food waste droppings and wet spills there is paper all over the floors. We watched 2 staff members go out and stand at the front door and smoke cigarettes rather than keep the inside of the restaurant clean. One of those smoking staff members walked right back behind the line and started grabbing food. Is the hand wash sink out of order?

The food was ok. The fries could have been fresher, but they were ok. We had a happy meal with nuggets and spicy chicken sandwich deluxe meal. Those were ok too.

The funny thing is, there is two, what appears to be, higher level management-type people sitting next to us. They literally saw these staff people smoking right outside the front door… you can smell the smoke when the doors open - you know… when those customer people walk in and out in your cloud of smoke…

The upper management people don’t care, then why would the rank-and-file staff care, either. Your staff is a reflection of your leadership or lack thereof.

We hardly ever come here anymore because they can never get our order right or items are always missing even though I always order online for pickup to ensure my order is placed exactly how everyone in my family wants it but every single time they are unable to properly fulfill any breakfast, lunch, or dinner orders. Everytime I come inside the drink station is absolutely disgusting, usually covered in fresh and old sticky pop so you can't even set your drink or bags anywhere on the counter to be able to fill your drinks. There is a particular breakfast manager who goes above and beyond to be the absolute rudest worst manager she can possibly be anytime I do give this place a chance and she's working it's absolute chaos, 40 minute wait times in drive thru, orders wrong and completely missing items, if you see a blonde girl with glasses working breakfast here just leave, she'll pack your order wrong and then give you the worst attitude when you bring it back to be fixed even if you're not rude to her at all she'll still treat you like you're a giant burden to her for wanting your order...

This place use to be so much better when I first moved to the area. Not sure what happened. The mobile order has even got ridiculous. Everytime typically we have something missing. Then to order walk to the restaurant knowing they have been open 9 times out of 10 to walk in and tonight of all nights ironically they are not open for walk in. But we did already order through the app for pickup in store. So they turn me away without food already paid.

Wouldn't you think if the establishment is not open for customers dinning in or picking up in store they would lock that option down on the mobile ordering first so that there isn't any issue? Just absolutely out of sorts. People are typically very nice. However, not the manager tonight.

Needs better management, that knows what they are doing to help lead the employees. I have noticed most of the time that I am in there many are are either standing around goofing off or asking for someone's help.
