Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Marion

We do not have a good experience on this Pizza hut curb side pick up. We ordered online and we waited curbside till the guy from inside came out & checked us about what our order is,(knowing the car description and the order of course)which we told him and he came out again to just give us our receipt to sign it and never came back to bring our order!!he could had take that receipt out together with the pizza for us to sign it! just to save his time going in and out. We waited for almost more than 30mins!!! Thinking it might be busy as there are some people coming in for dining. I decided to come inside and luckily the guy from the restaurant section came out and ask him about my order, he just came back saying our order is ready by the counter table!!! What an A..hole guy! Seeing him walking around inside the bar section knowing we are waiting for our order outside! Theres no people even inside the bar but just him! He knows we order curbside of course and expecting to recieve it by the driver window but he just did not do nothing after he let us signed the receipt outside. I do not know how this staffing run as seeing some reviews not having a good experienced due to staffing issues but that guy in charged of the curbside pick up is the one to blame knowing we are outside waiting for that magical pizza to come out and walk toward us!by the way the pizza way to cold what do you expect!!! What an A..hole guy! We knew he intentionally do that no doubt! Its just sad the other pizza hut just close in the south area. Arrived at location where we originally ordered carry out that was eatimated time of 15 min for pick up, but decided to dine in when we got there. We arrived and the order was not in the system. My group of 4 little kids and myself were only customers dining in. There was 1 person running register.and waiting tables. He seemed nice, but it took close to 15 min to get our order taken or table service between carry out pickups. We requested what was previously to be ordered: family big box( 2 pizza, wings, reg sticks) and waters total $25 approx. We added a trip to the salad bar for 2 people and when going to pay the total was close to $45. Upon questioning this it was informed at that time there aprox 13 for our trip to the salad bar which consisted of (my son got a handful of lettuce, couple croutons, cheese and french) I got a 1/4 plate of the same with a few olives and banana peppers) most of the toppings were soggy, but at least the lettuce was ok and the bar seemed clean. NOT $13 worth for 2 salads. It was almost the same price as the entire meal. Server was limited on options to address issue and was informed of this needing to be clarified if someone order 1 salad or salad bar with the cost. Bill was paid and I was not happy with the entire experience. We have ordered 4 times from this pizza hut. 3 delivery. One pick up. Every delivery has been 30-60 minutes late. It has been impossible to get ahold of customer service to find out when our food will be delivered. The last order today was late by over an hour after being given an original wait time of an hour (yes, 2 hrs to wait for a few personal pan pizzas). When we called the store the manager immediately blamed doordash for running late (we had not been told they handled the delivery). He refused to take any ownership of the issue. Became extremely argumentative, and when asked for his name because I was done arguing, refused to give it and hung up on me. The one pizza we picked up had the order wrong.
