Holy cow what the heck happened to you Pizza Hut ?! Haven't been to a Pizza Hut in many years because there isn't one near me. I gave it a try and the boneless wings are absolutely terrible, worse than chicken bites you can get at Walmart or even a Thortons style gas station, being serious here!. The thin crust pizza was also very poor quality. The pepperoni has the same taste I remember but everything else was far below standard. I would buy Home run inn from the grocery before I would waste $30 on what I ordered ever again. It's easy to see why dominos and even little Caesar's has won quite a lot of business over Pizza Hut where Pizza Hut reigned supreme in the 1980s-1990s - there are CLEAR corporate money saving shortcuts being made here. For shame Pizza Hut, maybe you should admit defeat like dominos in the 2010s and put some money and effort back into your pizza. Dominos isn't great but I'd go there before Pizza...

After placing my online order for contactless window pickup I received a confirmation email stating my order would be ready in 10-20 minutes. My previous pickup ran a few minutes behind, so I waited until 30 minutes before I headed to the store.

I arrived with a truck in front of me. After 5 minutes they finally drove away. A few minutes without an employee coming to the window. Once she finally did, she had No mask on. I was asked to please pull around to the front as they're running behind (no vehicle behind me)

One customer pulled in and walked out with their order. I have no issue with a wait, but update your estimated timeframe pickup if it's Well beyond the current time. I could've waited at home/ran an errand, etc. As I was waiting I could see the other employees were also without masks. 15 minutes later my pizza is walked out to me. Thank you Charles! Pizza Hut has always been my favorite pizza and I order there 1st choice when we order pizza. Three weeks ago, I tried using my app 45 minutes away from home so we could just pick it up and go home. After several attempts to order and getting error messages I called the store to see if they would authorize online specials as online was going through, the lady manager told me absolutely not. As a person in management I thought she is kidding right. So I said you would loose a sale by simply not authorizing an online special and she said yes. So we went else where. Today I tried using my app again and same thing. I called the store and explained to Charles three weeks ago and today and without hesitation he asked a few questions and authorized their online deal. Thank you so very much Charles, thats what great mangement looks like. Thank you for caring and Pizza Hut should be very proud...
