My husband loved sonic for almost 2 years we went every day unless we were on a schedule that could not allow us. Every day 2 vanilla cones and the total with tax was 2.17 for both tax included, we were satisfied with the quantity it's was more 5gan reasonable for the price and the quality spot on and service was exceptional. around October of 2022 they began having tonew faces in drive thru window a young woman named Ellie became a regular face as our sever . I think some reason or another she was burdened by our order and she gave us a cone that was so small I could look past the 8ce cream on 9nes8de into cone itself and it was empty I side when my husband ask her if she could add to it to fill up cone she refused saying all cones were one size . We still paid took it and came back next day this time she took our card that we used frequently there and it seemed like she didn't even slide card into machine she told us that our visa card was not accepted there but we have used it there before with our problems. Her attitude and actions such as coming in from outside to make our cones when another employee was already in process of filling our order. It was enough for us stop going we stopped for at least 4 months today we decided to try again the cones went up to 3.39 for 2 tax included. That's was fine but then the ice cream cones absolutely terrible they were smallest cones I ever received from any restaurant I have gotten ice cream cones from and they were grainy like sand my cone was crushed in middle and both cones were empty. She said it doesnât always show up on the screen, she then proceeded to run my debit card TWICE, and charge me for two different orders that should have been one.
Also she asked me if I wanted salsa or ketchup in the bag I said âyesâ and received neither or napkins.
