Went through drive-thru. I spent 30.17 and only half of my order was right. I ordered the loaded fries with no ranch, 3 soft chicken tacos, I did not get, and got a Supreme chicken burrito I did not order and only got one of the drinks because they were out of large cups. Got home and did not have any chicken tacos, the fries were covered in ranch so I called them. They would not correct my order because the drive-thru person put it in wrong. So I had to pay for the tacos a second time which were just under $9,00...so I paid $18,00 for 3 chicken tacos that my daughter said they double put half the food in them. They were extremely rude and hateful. Told me they have a thousand good reviews and mine won't matter. I will never go there again. I know people make mistakes but a good restaurant fixes them. They don't charge you double. I took the loaded fries and burrito back and still had to pay twice. Worst service I've ever had and didn't have enough cash to reorder my fries. Read moreI have went to Marion NC location over three time in past two weeks . When trying to be respectful customer give staff / management benefit of errors. I come to see they are very neglecting. I was not given sauces or proper order first time next time I verified by cashier sauces were in bag . Lied to - next time same thing try to give benefit of doubt lied to . Either manager neglecting or being lied to as well by their staff. I don’t have time to go back correct their lack of skill errors . I am coming to them for service . They ask me if I want sauce . The last time I tried to go inside because the dining room looked empty after being in the line for 20 minutes without moving any, and the 2 customers in there said they were told it would be an hour before they could get their food. You are stuck in the drive through so you have no choice but to wait once inside the lane. Currently in line writing this and the truck in front of me waited 20 mins before they ever spoke to him at the speaker.
