Thompson's BK Rootbeer — Restaurant in Marion

RAW TENDERLOIN! I tried to call but apparently they don't have a phone. I had to drive all the way from outside of Upland back to Marion. I brought the raw tenderloin back to show them it was raw. I asked for my money back because they didn't have a phone to be contacted on and I had to drive all the way back to Marion. They refused to give my the money for my order back and actually argued with me about whether or not it was raw (it was completely pink). She then told me she would refund the tenderloin then literally went inside and called the police. Mind you, I was not yelling, screaming, cussing or again belligerent. I did not scream at her even when she raised her voice at me. Just wow.... I don't even have words. That may have been the most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced. Needless to say, worst customer service...

All my life ever since I was a tiny little child I've been eating at two main B&K locations...💁🏻...I've tried others, but trust me, these are the best...👌🏼 This one, which is in Marion, Indiana, and the other location I've always frequented is the one in Gas City, Indiana, and I also wanna give an honorable mention to the one location in Wabash, Indiana, because outta these locations mentioned they are the absolute best in service and food quality...💯✔️ Spanish🌭Hotdogs with Cheese and Spanish Cheese Fries and a Root Beer is as yummy as it gets when it comes to this Classic Americana Treat...😋👍🏼 Trust in me when I say that these are the best Coney Dog style versions you'll ever get...believe me, this is where it's at if you love and dig this yummy kinda food...these dogs...

My daughter was screamed at by the manager when she showed her that her tenderloin was raw. The manager them told her to wait while she got her a refund and while she was waiting for approximately 15 minutes the police arrived because the manager called them and said my daughter was going from car to car harassing customers a complete lie as the cameras prove! My granddaughter was in the truck while the manager yelled at my daughter and when the police arrived, needless to say she was terrified. To top all of this off my daughter now has salmonella from the raw tenderloin. I wouldn't...
