Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Marksville

Passing through Marksville early this morning we stopped at Sonic for breakfast. Big mistake. After struggling to place an order for a no. 14 with sausage and 16 with ham, one with fries and one with tots and a coke zero and unsweetened peach tea with 4 splenda's, an order resembling ours was delivered. I ordered ham and got bacon. I ordered tots and got fries that were stale, cold and hard, obviously last night's leftovers. Husband's sausage was nonexistent and his fries were same as mine. All the fries were garbage and were thrown away. My tea was delivered...no Splenda and we needed to buy a large cup of ice. The server left so fast we didn't even have time to tip her. So we called her back out, ask for the cup of ice and paid her, reminded her of the Splenda and tipped her. She brought the cup of ice...still no Splenda. I got out of the car and walked toward the door as she was coming out and asked for the Splenda. Finally got it. A really rough start to our morning after a really rough night. Next time, I guess it's back...

Benjamin jeter, was our super hero today. I had a aweful day at work today . So I thought I would cheer myself and daughter up with some ice cream. Well she took two licks off her ice cream cone and it fell to the ground. Literally two seconds later . Mr. Benjamin comes with a fresh ice cream cone. His professionalism and positive attitude will forever be appreciated. Human kindness can go a long way. So many people in the world rarely care about others even on then job. Went to sonic for lunch and ordered 3 pc chicken strip meal with extra white gravy my husband ordered a burger meal no cheese. Instead of the meal I got 3 chicken strios and 1 gravy. They took it back and brough out the correct order but I still came home with 1 gravy but paid for 2. Got home and I had to add milk to the gravy because it was so thick I could have used it for glue . Luckily my husband burger was correct because we usually get home and they put cheese after he tells them no cheese. This is not the first time this has happened They need to retrain their workers to listen and read...
