So this review is based off of a few experiences. I come to this subway occasionally, mostly because I like the subway chain. Everytime I come here, it is a grueling wait. I’d say I’ve been here maybe 6 times and of those 6 times I have waited at minimum 15 minutes each time for my food, longest wait time was 35 minutes.
Now, the food. Of the 6 times I went, 4 times my order was wrong. My most recent visit, went like this: walks in at 11:30am Employee: we don’t have any bread other than Italian herb and cheese. Me: okay, let me get a meatball sub. Employee: we don’t have any meatballs. Me: Okay, what about steak and cheese? Employee: Makes sandwhich and toasts it. Employee: What sauces and veggies? Me: No veggies, just garlic aoili and cheese sauce. Employee: looks back at menu to confirm the needed sauces slathers some type of red sauce (French onion???) onto the sandwhich. *goes to the back, returns “We don’t have any cheese sauce. Me: ….its 11:30am, how are y’all out of 80% of the bread and multiple ingredients already? Me: Checks out.
I hate to be this way and I’m not one to rate a Bad review of somewhere based on one experience. This place has never succeed in any fashion...
Read moreThis is the new to our area subway. The only thing decent I have to say is the building is nice and clean, that's all. This is a FAILED attempt to make a subway an upscale dining experience. Hey new subway, guess what, you are still a subway! I will keep going to the subways in cottonport and bunkie even though they are farther away. Dear Subway, everyone knows the menu, keep things efficient and simple. People have limited time and are trying to make a healthier choice, and guess what, for alot cheaper, we can go to Harvest Foods and buy what we need for a sandwich, soup, and salad cheaper and faster. Marksville Subway, just stop trying to be impressive and stick to what...
Read moreFirst experience at our new location. Employees were very nice but I felt rushed to make a decision on what I wanted. Also the broccoli and cheese soup ran out and they weren't heating up more. I believe there were several customers wanting it so I don't believe it would have gotten wasted. If a product sells that good you should have some ready before you run out. There were two empty containers they could have used. It's important enough for several customers requesting it and it was...
