I tried to call and place an order for delivery. The first time I called I was on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up and tried to call back, and the guy asked me for my delivery address, I gave it to him and he said he didn’t deliver, I said “okay thank you” and hung up, i checked gps because i decided i was gonna drive there instead and saw that they were only 9 minutes away, so I didn’t understand why they couldn’t deliver, so i called back and a lady answered and i asked her and i advised her that my house was only about 10 minutes away, and she asks the other guy who i was on the phone with previously and i hear him immediately shut her down and say to tell me they don’t deliver to my address and she goes “well she said it’s only 10 minutes” then she repeats the address that the guy put in the system wen i previously talked to him. It was the completely wrong address, so i try to tell her the correct address and she couldn’t pronounce it and kept trying to pronounce it, she didn’t even ask me to spell it for her or anything, before i could ask to spell it for her the guy gets on the phone very NASTY and goes “listen I have no problem delivering in my area but you need to give us an exact address and your phone number isn’t even from here” and I said “I did give you an exact address” and he goes “well your phone number isn’t even from here” AGAIN and i said “correct because I moved here from new york” and in the most condescending rude manner he goes “well welcome to new jersey, but your not giving us an exact address” and i told him again, that i did give them my exact address 3 times and he slams the phone down and goes “now your arguing with me, if this lady calls back we are to not deliver to her” and i continue to hear him and the other workers talk shit about me. I’ve never experienced this type of customer service. I was not arguing in any way and i was not rude, all I said in a normal tone TWICE was that I did give them my exact address. It is not my fault that they could not understand how to pronounce my address correctly, literally the only part of my address that they got right, was the number. You should NEVER speak to your customers the way that was spoken to me. Literally as he slammed the phone down I literally was saying “whatever you guys are so rude” because how are you going to talk shit about your customers when they’re on the phone and can still hear you, and speak rudely and condescendingly to your customers? Read moreMy minor child (young teenager) answered the door and accepted the delivery items from the delivery driver for Englishtown Domino's. This guy repeatedly asked for a tip, telling my son that all he had to do was write $1 on the tip line of the receipt (he used my card to place the order online). My son repeatedly told the delivery guy that it's his mom's credit card and he didn't want to spend any additional money without his mom knowing, and his mom wasn't home. This delivery guy still continued to petition my son for a tip. When my son repeated yet again, more than 3 times now, that he had no cash and couldn't add money to his mom's credit card, the delivery guy walked away saying, "these people". Domino's... Do you not pay your delivery driver's? Do your employees not get paid by the hour or at all? Do your employees NEED a tip in order to work and be polite? Your delivery guy's behavior was absolutely disgraceful. To repeatedly encourage a minor to give him money is disgraceful. My son didn't know what to do, and felt diminished in his interaction with your delivery driver. I know a tip is nice, and I ALWAYS leave a tip but was not home at the time of delivery, but a tip shouldn't make the difference in a customer having a great experience or a horrible one. What am I to do now? Can I trust that the next time my son or I order for delivery that this person won't spit in our food, or provide us with subpar service because he remembers our address and that my minor child refused him a tip??? Read moreThis place has gone downhill! It was 11:30 at night the store closed at 1 am. I called to place an order and the answering machine said the store was closed. I called back and someone answered and they asked for the address and then said they don't deliver to my address! Even though I have been ordering from them for years! They said call Freehold and they don't deliver to my address. I told him he doesn't know what he's talking about and I want to place an order! He then said the store was closed and hung up! I took my kids to the store itself and he said the store was closed and I said no it isn't it is open till 1am, These lazy FOOKS didn't want to work! They said we'll give you wings! I couldn't believe what was going on! I said I don't want wings I want pizza. He refused! I was getting so upset and said let me talk to the manager and he said I am the manager, I started yelling at that point and he said get out of the store or he will call he COPS! THE NERVE! I called to complain the next day and spoke the day manager and she said she would look into it and call me by 6pm the same day.
