Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Marlboro Township

This location used to be good but now needs work. Very dissatisfied with the current service. Always have multiple workers in a line but it’s continuous miscommunication to each other and multiple mistakes being made on what people are asking for. The couple in front of me and the gentleman behind me, as well as myself had issues with our orders. I still, after correcting the young boy behind the counter, got the wrong sandwiches made. I asked for spices, oil, vinegar and bacon all which did not make it on. Because it was multiple issues and he just kept staring I just continued on my way as I did not want to waste what was already made but realistically should have corrected them and had them start over completely. As I was telling the one young boy what I wanted on my sandwich, the young girl at the register interrupted asking if I have a phone number with them and to put it in but I was still ordering so I had to ask for one minute and got stared at by both employees at the register. Very uncomfortable and very discouraging to see young employees acting this way and not caring...

Our first time visiting a Jersey Mike’s Subs and we are glad this location was our choice of visit. We had a positive experience and will definitely visit them again when we’re in the area!

We dropped by around on a Saturday at 3:30pm, and somehow it was extremely busy despite it being past the lunch rush. There were three customers ahead of us and two more after us. The crew was fully staffed, 1 cook, 1 meat/cheese slicer, 1 sandwich preparer, and 1 cashier. The staffa are all efficient, and quick to get customers in and out with their sandwiches. The owners must be proud of their staffs, I am impressed!

Restaurant is very clean, spacious, and there are plenty of parking. Great selections of sandwiches in various sizes, and there are multiple veggies opts too. I enjoyed my tuna sub, especially with my additional ingredients of Swiss cheese and portabello mushrooms.

Not the best place ever for subs, but that doesn't matter. The food is always good, the manager always takes care of me every-time. He sometimes gives me a free cookie, he is a great worker. My sandwich is always mega in size, and taste amazing. The chipotle mayo is amazing, i recommend it on every sandwich. There are other sub shops, and even another jersey mike's very close by to me, however that manager/worker is the reason I come back. I come almost once a week or once every two weeks. He deserves a higher wage or compensation, because he works hard and he really takes care of the customers, I have never heard him raise his voice to other employees or customers. He always is in a happy mood when speaking to customers. 5/5 because of customer service and 4/5 in taste, its just not the best a sub can get but...
