Edit - had to change to one-star because finally got to drink the beverages and they’re not even correct. This is especially questionable because the sticker on the cup is correct.
I Arrived at 1023 am to order two cold brew drinks. After waiting for 8 mins and noticing that every single employee (5 or 6 by my count) left the counter area, I asked if someone was making my drinks. Mind you multiple people that ordered after me received their drinks. I Was told yes and that “they had to get the cold brew”. I saw the barista pour the cold brew into the cups and another minute or so later was told she was waiting on the sweet cream . . . Umm ok - waiting on the cold brew and then waiting on the sweet cream at a Starbucks is interesting to not have those ingredients but ok. Waited another couple minutes and then was told that the other beverage - that was supposed to have salted cold foam in went ready. At that point I said just give me the sweet cream in both so I could get on my way. All in, I spent 16 minutes in that store waiting on these two drinks and one was not even the correct order. I had to point this out as it was a total anomaly to other Starbucks stores that function as a well oiled machine and the only reason it’s not a one-star for me is the final barista of the 3 that attended to the order was kindly apologetic.
If you have a time constraint - like I did - probably best to go to a...
Read moreI don't get the reviews that gripe about the service at this place. SBUX company policy literally states that baristas can only make one drink at a time, hence why their service is slower than other coffee shops, especially at peak. This isn't McDonald's or Dunkin; you're paying for arguably a more personalized and customized drink that takes more time to make, and they can only make them one at a time. Staff here is really nice, don't get why people call them rude (maybe, just maybe, YOU are the problem perhaps, learn how to order, be nice, or use a drive thru location if you're so worried about slow service). They do look tired at times, but I get it, they must wake up at the crack of dawn to serve cranky under-caffeinated people. While during peak, they did forget the whipped cream on my latte two of the times that I went, it's a forgivable mistake, and my most recent visit got me the drink of my dreams (lots of whipped cream!!). The seating area is nice, but customers leave straw wrappers EVERYWHERE (come on guys really). I always see a staff member cleaning up the lobby, and the outdoor seating is cleaner than the indoor seating. Overall, nice place to sit down, relax, and play on your phone or laptop while drinking your coffee. I must warn you, it is REALLY expensive, but overall, worth it for a nice, classic non-drive thru...
Read moreI live in town and come here few times a week with family and alone, we usually like to sear on the potch outside, but thr floor cement is really dirty and disgusting stained with lots of drips and other things , I specifically aske the people at the front desk why nothing ever gets done or cleaned here there answer was ... the manager knows but doesn't really care .. I have to say prople at front service are very good and customers friendly, I am a business man and had several restaurants, always kept areas clean, thus particular store the manager claimed is landlord responsible fit clean areas ? That's not true since all commercial leased store are triple net lease and responsible fir their own area , thr landlord is only responsible fir leaks and roof ... this store does lots of business but this manager obviously does a very poor job and careless in my opinion. Employees tempt to agree with that ... we love this brand and location. But a bit of care would go a long way . Star box can afford a half hour powerwash for the sanity and wellbeing of its own customers. Thus manager is lacking in managing this...
