My husband and I came in today at 2:30 pm. today. We had not eaten anything today, so we both ordered steak meals. I also ordered the broccoli and cheddar soup, it was served at room temperature and not hot at all. But I was super hungry, so I ate it anyway, looking forward to my steak. But when my husband and I received our steaks they both had no flavor. They had not been seasoned at all. I tried to lightly salt my steak and try a second bite but still very bland. My husband drenched his steak in ketchup and managed to get his down. But I left my almost complete steak. We paid $66 for our meals that neither of us enjoyed. The waitress Lara saw I had not eaten my steak, so I told her that it was terrible and had absolutely no seasoning on it. She did not care, she said,Oh, I will have to check out their new changes". And gave us the bill, my husband paid the full check, so I asked to speak to the manager, to let him know about our experience, (not to ask for a discount,) My husband already paid. An employee spoke to the manager, and told him that I wanted to speak to him. He looked at me and told the Employee that he would come see me, and we made eye contact. But I waited and waited, but he never came. He was laughing and joking with a group that was drinking in the corner and never came to meet me. I finally just left the restaurant. I have never seen so much apathy from a manager...

Service was unbelievably slow. It was busy but not enough to justify how long it took for us to have our order taken. Kitchen manager came out to ask if one of the orders for a burger had a dairy allergy or if it was just a preference for no cheese. It was a preference but when it came out we immediately realized that they had scraped the cheese off the burger and flipped it over to try and cover it up. My chicken was rubbery and the macaroni and cheese was only just edible. The fries on most of the plates looked like some of them had been set on fire and others looked barely cooked. No one came over after we had gotten our food to check how things were before we were asked if we wanted the check. Overall a very poor experience. We’ll definitely be sticking with...

Staff was really nice and polite. We ordered nachos with jalapenos and quacemole on the side due to my wife's allergies. Nachos arrived as ordered but with pico de Gallo which had jalapenos. Waiter and manger where great apologized and offered to fix order with no pico de Gallo, jalapenos or guacamole, where told that it would take about 4 min as they are really quick to make. 15 min later nachos arrived way over cooked and covered with jalapenos. We opted to not get nachos refusing the order. Our dinners where great and manager gave us a gift card so it was handled well. But I was really looking forward to...
