It was what we were looking for, a fun activity for my birthday! It was the first time for all of us, so we should’ve asked which rooms were beginner level, but we did one of the harder ones, Operation Casino. It was fun and I had some favorite parts and moments that I won’t spoil here but they made me feel like a Hollywood secret agent and those moments were equally divided amongst the 6 of us because everyone noticed different things. We ran out of time but had gotten surprisingly close. It was a linear room which means you have to solve one thing before moving into the next, so we did ask for clues multiple times. I would like to try a non linear room since I enjoyed looking around with the tools they provided, but the linear set up meant you had direction and didn’t have to keep track of too much new information. The rooms go up to 8 people, but I think a comfortable number would be 5 people, since even with 6 we couldn’t all fit to gather around and see what the new clue was, which is part of why it’s good for encouraging teamwork. Someone should read the clue for everyone, and delegation would help too. There were enough different kinds of things to do that it wasn’t too repetitive, and we each found interest in different tasks. I didn’t jump on the math moments, but Kristin said we were allowed to use the calculator....
Read moreGreat set up, fun and interesting puzzles. Olivia was a great help and gave good clues when we needed them. We went with a 2 person team, and with unlimited hints, we used maybe 5 or 6, which we considered not bad. We did the museum heist since it’s leaving, and will likely return to do more.
We have done 2 more rooms since the initial review: the mystery manor and the Casino.
The mystery manor was a blast, the combinations of puzzles, made this super unique. This had to have been the fewest number of combo locks we’ve encountered in any escape room! This was rather challenging with just 2 people, but we beat it with less than a second to spare!
Rob how helped us with the casino was super impressive, giving us clues without outright giving it away. Working the Casino with 2 adults and 2 18/19 year olds was a great challenge, but we made it out with less than 2 minutes to go!
Nikki helped us escape the do Not Disturb room, we had 4 players this time, and finished with 17 minutes to spare! Using only 2 hints; we felt super proud. This was the last weekend for this room, and we were so happy we were able to challenge ourselves before it...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of working with Jess, and I’m genuinely impressed by the level of care, professionalism, and efficiency she brought to the experience. From the very beginning, Jess demonstrated an exceptional understanding of customer needs. She listened attentively, asked thoughtful questions, and ensured that no detail was overlooked.
What stood out most was her ability to stay composed and solution-oriented, even when faced with unexpected challenges. Jess maintained clear and proactive communication, keeping me informed every step of the way. It’s rare to encounter someone who not only meets expectations but consistently goes above and beyond to exceed them.
Jess also displayed a great deal of empathy, making the interaction feel personal rather than transactional. She made it clear that my satisfaction was a priority, and her dedication was evident in every interaction.
In a world where customer service can often feel rushed or impersonal, Jess is a standout example of how it should be done. I would confidently recommend her to anyone seeking reliable, thoughtful, and...
