Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Marlborough

This site is fairly new. First, the food was good. It was not evident that we were at a new location, so that was great. However, we had several translation issues with our order. To start, the wife swears she ordered one sandwich but the receipt differed. She also swears she ordered the kids grilled nuggets and we received fried, just as the receipt indicated. We also ordered milks for the kids and didn't receive them, until I went back up and asked (where my request was interpreted incorrectly, as a lack of entire kid's meals, not just missing milk). I ordered a large sized combo meal and ended up with the requisite fries, but a medium cup of lemonade. This was easily remedied. Last, we received an extra order of fries, which we apparently ordered as they were on the receipt.

The kid's play area is very nice. Highly recommended for the kids to run around in here.

The men's room has a soap dispenser, but only at one sink. So, if you need soap, you kind of need to use that one sink or awkwardly become friendly with the guy next to you.

Most of these issues were not a big deal, but worthy of noting. One should beware when ordering because this could happen to you. Will it ruin your day? Unlikely. Will it be a bit of a nuisance? Yes. Would we go back? Yes. One star was deducted for the above...

This specific location used to be a hit or miss but it seems the last couple times I went here it was a huge miss every single time.the staff is rude at this location I can understand if it’s really busy and they’re trying to do the best they can but even on a Wednesday at 6pm, 2 cars in the drive thru a couple people inside not really busy still rude and looks like world war 2 inside when you pull up to the pickup window as if it was lunch rush on a Saturday. the highschool aged guys and gals gossiping about their lives makes lovely background noise while you wait for your food. plus the food was trash this time. Soggy fries, no lemonade in my ice tea lemonade so it was just unsweetened tea 🤢chicken sandwich was basically all breading and I paid full price for it,wasn’t a free reward. I was pretty disappointed because we travel a ways to come to this one but needless to say we will be taking a trip to natick from now on IF we feel like trying again.
